This Is why I don’t waste my time or money at these raggedy nasty McDonalds they are always rude and always get your orders wrong so they got my order wrong instead of them fixing it they told me I had to get back in line and the line had about 15 cars so I would of been there 45 mins if not longer not to mention I already sat for 30 just for kids meals. You get my order wrong and want me to go back in line because you are to lazy to ring it up even though I offered to pay of course. But yet they are giving free food away like candy to their family and friends for free taking on cell phones using slur words and cussing up storms all McDonald’s should be shut down they have went down horribly not even worth $1
What this particular McDonald's does consistently well is operate 2 DT lanes simultaneously with back window collecting the cash and front window pushing the food out! Although, they tend to have very long lines, they always have enough people working to produce a seemless transaction. I used to manage a BK so I understand the importance of speaker-to-window speed! And I've never received old, stale food at this location!!
Same as all McDonald's never get the order right and they stand in there in groups while 1 person prepares your food McDonald's really needs to reevaluate who they hire. Most of the time they are nothing but high schoolers who dont care about anything but their pay check. Same thing applies to about 90 percent of all fast food restaurants.
Tonight I went in the drive thru and I got a quarter pounder combo with a 4pc chicken nuggets. The only thing that was decent was the fries and drink. The quarter pounder was half burned and dry as hell! The cheese was hard and they didn't even put nothing on it! The chicken nuggets tasted horrible and old! I have never got food from Macdonald's that was this bad that I couldn't even eat it at all! Such a waste of my money and I lost my appetite. Anyone heading to this location might as well go the one near the west side in Tuscaloosa because they're worst than them! Dude on the intercom told me they were short staff and I understand that because I work at fast food as well but if its that bad that they gotta send food out looking like this they might as well not be open..
I came to this McDonald's today on 2.22.22 and I never leave a review on fast food restaurants but the staff on this shift was absolutely superb. They were so helpful and polite. And the food was better than any I've had at a McDonald's. And I got my food, fresh, inside of 2 minutes after I ordered it. These people are not only working hard but they're taking pride in what they're doing. Give these folks a raise!(And this review is on behalf of the other two people who were with me also)
I walked in to order because there was hardly anyone in the lobby as opposed to drive through. Went to go place my order. No one waited on me. Then a girl comes in (Bethany? ) and I ask how she’s doing today. She says not good, I ask why? She says she’s tired, then looks over at me rudely and says she’s probably about to close the lobby then cuts her eyes at me and looks the other way.I WAS AT THE COUNTER WANTING TO ORDER MY FOOD. So I just walked out. It’s 8:04 pm. I will NEVER eat at this McDonald again. Even if I’m starving and desperate. Mark my words I will NEVER come back. Never had been SO DISRESPECTED . Save your time and money and go somewhere else or at least another McDonald’s.
The entire order was wrong. Ordered coke no ice, received Diet Coke with ice. Ordered no egg no cheese both sandwiches had egg and cheese. Manager refused to refund my money.
Rude window service and slops burgers together. Receives food all over the place. Does not take time to make a decent sandwich.
The worst Customer Service I've experienced at a McDonald's, hands down. No "hello", no acknowledgement, the Manager didn't even speak to me after I waited for my food and she handed me my bag. I asked for a receipt since the kiosk didn't give me one, she still didn't speak to me. I asked for my soda cup, and she finally spoke to say "I know." Is this place for real??? I told HER thank you and have a nice day... Still nothing. Employees hanging out, laying all over the dining room... I told the one guy "sorry I bothered you guys at work.". I don't get it. You need to do better, find better employees. Stop being lazy and actually treat customers like customers.
I purchased food through the drive thru for my kids and repeated the order 3 times to the girl and it was still wrong so I contacted someone a hour after I came through and explained it was snow flurries coming down and I didn't wanna get back out with my kids and explained I ordered the food special made because my son was allergic she said they would remake it the next day so I went in today the manager there was beyond rude talking to me trying to make me sound like I was lying yet I had my receipt and showed on my phone where I called and still she made me sound like a liar and had me in tears before I left I have never been talked to so nasty in my life and will no longer do business with McDonald's as long as there are nasty workers like that in management she had no regards for my sons allergy
