I like Jack's. And when this location has it together, it is good. The problem is it is rarely together. Cold fries. Greasy chicken. Wrong drink. Broken milkshake machine. Insane drive thru wait. It is always one thing or another.

They have went downhill lately. Every time I go there there is something wrong with my order. I bought a chicken sandwich and it both the chicken and fries were over cooked. The patty was all breading and had very little meat.

I went through the drive through trying to get food along with two cars before me, got told to pull to the side and nearly waited half an hour while seeing other people go through the drive through and get their food within a couple min

Got 2 chicken finger meals and asked for extra sauce and they wouldn’t not give me anything. Pathetic portions for $16. Absolutely ridiculous didn’t get straws either. Very very poor customer service and food!

I have eaten at this place a few times and last night was the last time!! 1st) They always make you way I line for what seems like forever because a person places their order then they pull them up to the window and make you wait until they have perpare that person's food and took their money then give them their food all while you are waiting to place your order. (Wendy's in Northport does the same thing.) You can literally sit and watch people pull off because they literally serve one person at a time. All those employee's standing around running their mouths instead of working for their pay. 2nd) You tell them exactly how you want your food like for instance NO Mayonnaise because of food allergies but when you get your child's food you open it up and their burger or sandwich is literally covered in Mayo so much so it is running out the sides of the burger so the food is not even eatable. 3rd) you order a 8 piece bone in chicken which should come with 2 breast, 2 thighs, 2 legs and 2 wings but instead you get 5 breast and 3 thighs. WTF I am sorry but if I wanted my food that way I would have ordered it that way. 4th)when you ask for some condiments like mustard and ketchup for you fries you NEVER get it. If you don't want to work in a fast food restaurant then get a job else where. There is always someone willing to fill your position and do the job right. Jacks should hire better employees or better yet go to using robots because then you will get exactly what you order!!!!!

Worst Jack's I've ever eaten at! The girl at the counter actually turned her back and assisted with the drive thru. When asked if anyone was taking orders, she pointed at herself and eventually took the order with no comments. After waiting 15 minutes for food the assistant manager walked up, we inquired about our food. She said she was not on duty yet and walked off. Eventually we got very unimpressive food that did not meet the standard of other Jack's food and wondered if it was safe to eat! Won't be back to this location!!! Restaurant and restrooms were filthy. Where is the health department?

This place is disgusting! I would give zero stars but you get the idea with one. Found a juicy black curly hair in my milkshake after I drank a quarter of it. It tasted like Biden is our president and a repression is coming soon ?and it looked like the wrinkles on Hillary Clinton’s face. ?Please get new management and people who CARE about your establishment. I’ll literally never ever eat at another Jacks because of this. Who knows what was in my burger?!?!? ???

It's a Jack's so I don't expect much. It's a toss up between who's working as to whether you'll have average service or good service. The food is always good, always reliable.

Visiting from out of town and visited for a second time before I head out. We ordered a four piece tender dinner with double fries (since it comes with two sides). Since we learned from our last trip, we ordered two additional large fries as well as extra seasoning (because they barely put any on the fries). Opened my box, and serving side for fries was enough for one side—not two. My sweet tea tasted like it’s been sitting around for hours. And asked for plenty of comeback sauce—even mentioned I would pay extra if needed—and only received two sauces for all of my food.I work in the food industry, so I know how it can be sometimes. But when there’s literally no one in the line, I think the service could’ve been wayyy better.
