I loved their pizza. I was very sad to see they aren't in Tuscaloosa Taylorsville and Hillcrest anymore. I wished they reopened it back. from Moundville to Northport is a long drive for pizza.
Edit: never got salad dressing after waiting over 4 hours. Owner's wife said she would give me a free dressing later but refused to refund me for what I wasn't served. I won't give them my business ever again. Everything about the exchange was unprofessional including her language. Really low quality service tonight, not the first time. Ordered a large salad with extra dressing but 4 hours and two phone calls later I still don't have dressing. First phone call they apologized and vented about how terrible the staff was but said they would get it here fast... an hour later had to call back and it was just more of the same. So much trouble for a salad and was not worth it at all. This is not the first time we have had issues with their service. Took forever to get someone on the phone at that. Just frustrating.

Called to place and order for delivery and I had a coupon that I received in the mail and they absolutely REFUSED to allow me to use and said I had to come inside to do use it (although I explained to them I have a broken back and can’t drive) but was still EXTREMELY rude about it. So I tried to change it to a take out order and was gonna have someone pick it up for me and whoever was taking my order wouldn’t allow me to speak long enough to order and kept interrupting me so I asked to speak to someone else. Needless to say I spoke with 3 different employees who were all very rude so I asked to speak to a manager because all I wanted to do was place and order for 1 large pizza and all 3 of them claimed to be the managers and continued to tell me they weren’t giving me s***! Also hung up on me SEVERAL TIMES. Sent someone to pick it up and they never even placed my order and turns out the ACTUAL manager had just gotten there. Explained to him what happened and he said he’d handle it but DIDNT so I’ll definitely be calling corporate tomorrow.
Literally caught attitude from the guy in charge because I called to cancel an order that I had mistakenly placed online for the wrong location. I've been in restaurant management for years and regardless of the reason, you cancel the order without giving the customer a problem. Terrible customer service, stick with the rice mine location.
Terrible place, bad customer service. They had our ticket in wrong order, took over 40 minutes to remake 3 pizzas with very lil toppings. Had multiple returns come in while I waited.
Called them shortly after opening and stayed on hold for over fifteen minutes. This typically wouldn’t be a major negative, but when the lady answered the phone she was incredibly rude and not helpful at all. When asked if there were any specials for the day I was told “you can find all the specials online.” Would you want to hang up, look online, then call back to be placed on hold again for another 15 minutes? I didn’t think so. Doesn’t seem to me as if they actually care about earning my business, and they certainly did not today.
Food was great. Young lady at counter wasn't friendly.
