My breakfast service was fast, the cashier were so nice and courteous, she was super welcoming, I would definitely be returning every morning when I usually go to Jacks
I got thru this location several times in a months time and it’s always for breakfast. I order the same thing every time and it’s never what I ask for. The ultimate sausage biscuit with the sausage cooked well done. I tell them I will wait for it to be cooked longer and it’s always a biscuit straight out the warmer. I also have been thru and it be a folded egg on it and not fried. Even have had old egg that has sat in their warmer too long in the kitchen. I don’t ask for much and I offer to wait and they still never do it. I think they should listen and do as the customer has asked.
Worst burger ever had ! Tasted like it had been cooked that morning , fries were cold ! Only customer there and 4 employees and I get cold angus 1/3 burgers and stone cold fries !!! Better shape up or the rest of stores will be shut down also ! I have loved Hardee’s prices were higher than McDonald’s but better burgers now McDonald is better
service was awful, food was cold. out of about everything. they might as well shut the doors.
Not all franchises of a chain are good. This is a good Hardee’s franchise. They do a good job making the burger - adding toppings and veggies, etc.
Rude employee working the window. Started to place our order and was cut off and told to pull up. When we said we had more to order, they said, well what else you want. We pulled off and won't be back
Closing at 2:37? So much for business business hours posted.
Incorrect oder, sub-par food.
This is the absolute worst Hardee's I have ever been to in my life...and Hardee's is one of my family's favorites for breakfast. They're never open when they're supposed to be and this includes pre-pandemic. Wonder why your sales are down? Because like this morning, drive-thru is closed, only doing business inside.. uhm...I don't want to talk in to a gas station which is where this location is. At least 6 cars, I saw drive right on through and go down a block to Jack's, including me. I'm sure that Jack's appreciates your business!!
