Ordered food at 8:45, was after 9 before it was ready then we were told we’d have to leave the dining room because it closes at 9. Drive Thru was still open until 10. No signage stating that dining room closed before drive thru. All tables were dirty so I had already cleaned one for us to use. We usually love Guthries and the owner is so nice! I hope the management or lack thereof doesn’t ruin their business.
I just found the new location 6 months after it opened in Northport, how did I miss it ? The staff was excellent, talkative, and helpful, I had a big take out order and the wait time was very short considering I was a walk in, take out, big order .service with a smile food was spot on ! Highly recommend it ! Keep it up ,doing great !

In a time when customer service is all but dead…this place shines. We had never eaten at a Guthrie’s before and inquired (in the drive thru about the qty of fries in an order. An employee came out of the back door of the restaurant and described in detail to us what we would be getting. I was shocked. Not sure even CFA would do that anymore. All hope is not lost. Great team at this location and the food was excellent as well. Northport needs more places like this.
Suuuuuper slow! Took about 15 mins to get food and I was first one in line! Then 4 more vehicles were behind me waiting of course.. that evening shift 4 p.m. must be young kids from what I saw need more pep in their step! Only improvement I see food was fresh as it should be from waiting.
chicken was steaming hot, I really enjoyed the small seating place chairs were nice customer service was amazing food was overall 9/10 a couple of the chicken tenders were not fully covered but the taste made up for it in the end, great place will be back soon
This location is "okay." I think I'm more shocked that some of the employees wear street clothes instead of uniforms or (at least) a Guthrie's t-shirt. The food has always been good and our orders have always been correct :)
Very good just seemed that the wait was a little longer than I was expecting but I believe that was because it was cooked per order so ill wait a few if it means food is fresh
