For the price point I expected higher quality. The meat was rubbery, the lettuce wilted, tomatoes were mush, even the onions were off color. Extremely disappointed in the quality of ingredients, not to mention understaffed.I hate to see the company cut so many corners.

This store charges extra money without reasonable explanation! I ordered a 10'' ice cream cake online, it showed as $31.99. But when I picked up they asked for $34.99 before tax. And the manager did not like to adjust the price. Very rude and very bad experience!
Store can not serve any ice cream. The owner needs to inspect his store and staff. Staff claim a pipe burst.
Food was great and service was outstanding this is an excellent place to eat
One of the blizzards dripped over the side when turned over before given to us. Then the big glob that was on the side fell onto my girlfriend's shirt. The guy saw it and tried to tell her to not let it drip, but she didn't see it until it was too late. He gave extra napkins. I don't know if it was not cold enough or what, but it definitely failed the flip test. I got a royal. Either the middle wasn't filled or it had so little I couldn't tell. Past few times I've gotten a royal there has been no filling at all. The employees were really nice.
Ask for the choices of dipped cones and got a response. After I placed the order I was told that they could not provide the order. I ordered another item and at the window they dropped the change and then asked if I wanted them to give me the the correct change. I would have given a zero star but it’s not offered.
Food good, sweet tea was the worst I've ever tasted! I am in my 60's!
Showed up 2 hours before they were supposed to close and everyone had gone home. Absolute garbage location.
