Just want to say the family love eating here and we eat here about twice a week. But this is the second time I order a med fries and didn't get it in my bag. Check your bags before you leave and see if you got all your order. I don't like holding up the line but now I'll be checking every time sorry for holding up the drive-thru.
I love Chick-fil-A. My favorite is either the grilled chicken nuggets or the spicy chicken deluxe. So today, I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe but instead of ordering fries I decided to try the Mac n Cheese for the first time. And when I tell you I was DISSAPOINTED. It tasted TERRIBLE!!Overall, the service was great as usual. The Employees were nice. But the Mac N Cheese was not my favorite.
Best Chick-fil-A in town! The line could be a mile long, yet somehow it is always quick and the food is always warm! We are such regulars here that they even greet us as we come past the drive-thru window... That just adds the perfect touch!

One of my favorite lunch places to eat in Northport, AL! Kind, friendly service, and they have the drive-thru down to an art, getting you through as quickly as possible. No one has better customer service! 10/10 would recommend!
There is no better fast food experience on the planet! Everyone is so friendly and attentive. Efficient and Excellent. So thankful for Chick-fil-a Northport owners and staff!!
Always great staff, same quality food. Always seem happy to see you! THAT IS WHY THERE WAS ALWAYS A LINE AROUND THE BLOCK! Sometimes their happy faces are the only kind faces some people see in a day! Spread around the cheer! Pass it on!

I am not giving one star because the food that usually comes out of Chik-Fil-A is very good quality and that is more important however, the system they have set up in the drive thru is a very odd, awkward, and an uncomfortable experience. It is cool what they are trying to do but in application, the people taking orders are standing 5 cars ahead of the menu (i don't come here much so I don't know the menu), when I ask for one, they don't have any to give me and I am forced to stand there being awkwardly stared at by a person who I can not understand speak well. It is extremely uncomfortable not knowing what to order and not knowing the menu while looking at it, feeling extremely rushed to just pick something by the guy who has been standing next to me waiting the entirety of the drive thru.I care about authenticity in my life and there is a point when you try to cater too much to someone and the hospitality becomes awkward and forced.
This is a great chifila. So convenient to our house. If you're going give yourself lots of time the parking lot and drive thru situation at any meal time is a disaster.
