Just STOP asking for dipping sauce if they're never gonna give it to you. I was charged 69cents for dipping sauce I never got. This was 2 days in a row. Then there soft serve ice cream machine is always out of service (or that is what they say because they're too lazy to clean it). No wonder business is always slow at this location. Rude employees, overcharged for things you don't receive, ice cream machine just like McDonald's, always broke. So basically, Checkers is like all the other fast food places in this country, poor quality service and food.
Just bought chilli cheese fries, chilli was old fries was not hot and cheese was like yellow mayonnaise l, I spent 9 dollars of my hard earned money to be disappointed like that. please get a real manager involved because apparently tms was sitting outside smoking acting like they don't have a job to do.
The food was good but the customer service sucked. Every restaurant needs to be trained by Chick-fil-A to learn how to interact with people
I enjoyed my food but it wasn’t the best I’ve received from this location. It’s not the employees fault it’s just the staffing issues. If anyone knows someone that needs a part time food service job, please go apply. The woman who took care of me seemed so stressed out.
Sat in the drive thru line for 45 minutes and still didn’t receive my order. Said she was training. I don’t recommend going to the Checkers in Northport.
Food was wrong and I was over charged..I ordered the 2 for $6 and upgrade to a combo for additional $2 ..then I added a 4 piece mozzarella stick which is $2.59..How I ended up paying $16. 27...I didn't receive a receipt..my double checkerburgers with cheese was single and no cheese..Good thing I checked my account. I will never visit that checkers again..Too bad I was working and I couldn't return to check the staff.
