Pulled up and was asked to hold one second. Waited 15 min as 7or 8 vehicles drove off infront of me and behind me. Observed one employee walk out and sit on curb to start smoking and on his phone the 5 minutes later car full of people walk out with food and drinks then manager walks out and yells at me that the system is down and has to restart, says it will be 15 min. At this point I was already waiting 15min . They love to cheat the clock at this location by asking you to pull up and wait.
Have you ever been told at DT speaker, they were closed for 30 minutes and to come back then? This is becoming a regular practice at many fast food places, not only do they take FOREVER to answer & get your food ready but now they've started this new practice. There were ZERO customers anywhere inside or in drive-thru at 1:30 pm on a Saturday... when other fast food places usually have 4-6 cars at all times, this BK had nothing going on and still wanted 30 minutes off, which I'm sure they were all on the clock getting paid for doing nothing... I guess Burger King no longer does surprise visit inspections?!
Can't EVER get 1 complete meal here. Ingredients always out; D/T takes 5+ minutes to respond, can't hear/understand what they say. Often tell you to come back in 30 minutes!
Omg!! Please don't waste your money or time going to this burger King! The lady at the window is extremely load and road. Wasn't sure if she was talking to me or her coworkers or whoever else was there. I ordered the 2 for 5$ double croissanwich, one with sausage and one with bacon. The croissanwich with sausage is supposed to come with two sausage patties egg and cheese. The one with bacon is supposed to come with bacon, sausage egg and cheese. When I got my food the double sausage was OK but when I opened the bacon it only had bacon and cheese. It didn't have to sausage patty or the egg that supposed to come with it. So I took the food back and explained to her my order wasn't correct. All she has to do is fix the food and issue solved right?!! Wrong! We immediately go into an argument. "I gave you what you asked for sir". No ma'am you didn't. I asked for the double. It right there on your menu behind you. So we go back and forth. After she realized she messed up, then tried to flip the situation by saying I need to speak clearly. Maybe she wasn't listening since she was so busy talking, talking, talking to her coworker, on the phone, on the headset and not paying any kind of attention to your customers. Then she has the audacity to tell me if I don't stop arguing with her then she won't give me my food. ???. How in the world do you tell your customers you're not going to give them food that they already paid for?!!! Then when I grab my phone to make some serious phone calls to whoever is running this business, she calls all the workers in to finally correct my order. I'm 37 yrs old, I've been living and migrating back and forth between Tuscaloosa and Northport all my life. I have nothing bad to say about Northport. But this burger has had tons of complaints about the service. Something seriously needs to be done. Even though it has a Tuscaloosa address, it's still considered a burger King in Northport. Bad business. ?
Couldn't even finish my meal. They didn't give me a straw for my cup of ice water, which now I am thankful for that because I had to take the lid off to get a drink and there was a bug floating in my ice water. I literally wasted my money because I wrapped my food up and threw it away. I tried calling them. Of course no answer.
Stopped and bought 5 sausage and biscuits...... They about as awful as you could possibly ever have to eat.... Biscuits were like jockey pucks and the sausage evidently cooked in a popcorn popper....tasted funny and very Greasy....I won't stop for biscuits there again....Awful food.....!!?
Almost every time I go there they never have any breakfast burritos. What’s the point of having it on your menu if you never have any ready?
They need to close this place down ASAP I wish the health department would hurry up and go there they need to fire everybody at work there inbox me if you weren't there and we can handle this face to face

Got the 5$ whopper meal. Food was hot. window person very polite enjoyed the experience.
