This location is famously understaffed. I went there today to order chicken and it took 15 min to get someone up front to begin taking my order. It was one thing after another. I go to place my order just for them to tell me they only had 3 pieces of chicken in the entire restaurant at 5:15 pm. They were all legs.
DO NOT TAKE THE CHANCE, EAT ELSEWHERE! I've lived near this Bojangles location for a long time and just started going back for breakfast. I just recieved a cinnamon biscuit that was literally covered in mold. Very obvious and visibly covering the outside. I guess they didnt even look at it, just threw it in the box. I'm not sure what happened to this place but I will steer clear for a long while.
Food good, people rude. Always have to pull up and wait on my food,even though no one else there. Only ordered biscuits.
I went to Bojangles in order me some chicken last night I thought I was gonna eat my food and enjoy it the girl at the drive-through was so rude she had me waiting 15 minutes I ask for my food she cursed me out bad I will never go to Bojangles ever And then she called the police on me I won’t never go back there my whole night Turn upside down why people just can’t be happy
Order was completely wrong was cold and we even waited for the fries to get done terrible
This Bojangle's has quick and excellent service!!!! The two ladies working in the morning are very sweet!!!
Customer drive thru service wasn't pleasant didn't get all my meal had to turn around and go in and the service just wasn't polite
Food was good. Service and organization sucked. Stood in line for over 10 minutes.They forgot I had ordered 6 bo berry muffins. I had to ask them for them before they sold them to someone else. Muffins are good.
Was in the drive thru, it didn’t even seem to look like they were open.I was sitting there thinking it was closed. No employee made it know that they were open.I left and then I heard “it’s Bo time” ??♀️Like why not do it when I was sitting there for 5 mins.
