This was my first time at Zoe's, I wish I read the reviews prior to entering this kitchen, this was a very poor representation of Mediterranean cuisine, the food was heated up (barely) in little 4oz containers, and was so dry,and did not look anything like the pics in the menu.The folks at the counter could also have been an indication that the food would be lacking in quality, they showed no enthusiasm or care for what they were doing.I do not blame the folks at the counter or what they are serving, but I hold the owner/managers at these stores, for running such a business, these complaints need to be addressed, the customers are your biggest sales representatives, this was a big waste of money, in these tough times to spend it on such hopeless food...
Service was quick at this location & inside of restaurant was pristine. my kabobs & salad were great. Love their sauces. I go out of my way to come here. ?
First time we ate here it was pretty good. Second time, horrible. Cashier acted annoyed when we walked in. Ordered hummus for a starter. Came out with 4 small slices of pita bread and 6 small slices of cucumbers. Not even enough for the amount of hummus. When we asked for more pita bread, we were told it was an additional charge. Food came out and both chicken and steak were cold, dry and tough. Overcooked or been sitting out for awhile. Halfway through the meal my husband found hair in his salad. We asked for a refund and were told it wasn’t possible because there was no manager on duty.

Terrible customer service, I felt like I was an inconvenience because the cashier had to put her phone down. The food was not that good either; the chicken roll-ups were dry and lacking flavor. Not worth the price to me.
Recently ordered my favorite chicken roll ups and Greek salad. Why a disappointment. The roll ups were burned black, chicken was dry, and was made nothing like the former Zoe’s restaurant. The salad was not fresh, old lettuce greens were in my order. The entire 13.00 meal was not fit to eat. I did not know they were under new management. Zoe’s was one of my favorite places to eat. Now I would hope a rat would not eat out of this place now. When I went by to talk with the Manager about my to go order, he completely ignored me and would not talk despite being physically visible. The food is is awful, along with the terrible customer service. Very rude staff starting with the Manager. They need to be closed down. Health Department if you read this review Shut the down!!!!! No one need to eat from this Dump! I will never order from this dump again. They have given Zoe’s a horrible reputation!! My rating for them is a ZERO!!
Gave up on the Zelda Road location months ago due to multiple food shortages and customer service. Visited the Eastchase location with a bit of hesitation but I’m glad I did. Deangela (GM) and her staff made up for all of it. Deangela was very welcoming and the food was amazingly perfect.
EXTREMELY RUDE staff. I was just asking a question about the time to get a to go order and the woman was extremely rude and unhelpful. Don’t waste your time at the location at Eastchase unless you like discourteous people. If I could give no stars that would be more appropriate.
Delicious, healthy meal. Service was excellent. One meal took longer than the others even though it was ordered earlier but turned out the manager wasn't pleased with how the chicken was cooked & made them redo it.
