Good fingers, with a family tray fixed fairly fast. And kind enough to hand package extra sauces for us when we asked at the window. Friendly employees. Fast drive through even with a lengthy line.
Chicken always good. My favorite. But, today they were out of coleslaw. I was disappointed because it's so good too.
GHETTO!!!! You go there and wait in the drive thru line for 20 min just to be told that they are only selling chicken tenders and fries. This is the second time they have done this. The least y’all can do is have someone come outside and communicate this to your mile long drive thru line customers.
This location deserves no stars. There is a complete lack of management and basic customer service. Prior to this visit, the last time we tried to go, after giving us the wrong drink, instead of replacing it, they argued with us and insisted it was right.Today, after waiting for 45 minutes in the drive thru line and then being told they were out of slaw, out of sandwiches and certain sauces I placed my order. When I got to the window, I had to reorder as my order had been cancelled. Before I drove off, I asked if the extra sauces that I paid for were in the bag and was told yes. I pulled up to check because it has often been left out. there was no sauce this time either.I called and was told to come inside, no apology was offered. I took my receipt and went in. The girl behind the counter said she had to get approval to give me the sauce and came back to tell me I would have to bring the bag in and prove there was no sauce. WHAT ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!I said so basically after waiting in the drive thru for 45 minutes, now you are calling me a liar, who is your manager? She said the manager is the one that asked for proof. i asked if there was a regional manager and she said it doesn't matter who you call, any complaints will come back to us and we won't do anything. So I left, and came home with no sauce. I will drive to another location before I will ever return to that location again.
The girl at the drive thru was rude and when she said my total I told her I had a mobile order and slammed the drive through window. And then got my order then threw it at me. And then I had I had to sit there and am like i orders a drink then she she hands to me with an attitude and then slams the window again. She acted like she didn’t wanna be there. That is no way to act like that towards customers..
My review is based upon customer service. No friendly faces everyone is grumpy. The food was okay. I guess you get less quality when its to busy.
Drive thru was slower is the only negative (which is expected as they had staffing shortage sign). Food and customer service A-1. 5 stars!
Food never hot. Fries are old. I spent almost $50.00 for my family of four today. What a waste!!!! Service hasn't been good for some time now. I am over supporting this place.
The food is great but management needs to make their employees wear mask. Everyone I saw preparing food did not have a mask on while fixing food. The cashiers were not wearing mask either. I think if people going to fix food, they need a hair net and a mask to cover their nose and mouth.
Would give them Zero Stars if possible! Terrible service! Extremely long lines. Always out of something. Will never return again. Refuse to have hours that benefit their customers
