These girls literally rush you to order, just to cut you off..then get smart and rude with you.. 2 stars for the food. It sure is not for the service.
I got salads and they were good but you must always check to make sure you got everything that should be on the salad as well as the dressings you ordered.
Ordered online still had to wait a bit, but food was hot and fresh.
PULLED HERE this morning , TERRIBLE customer service! not only did the young lady taking my order rush us to order but every single time we said something she quickly cut us off “anything else” … “ok, is that all” … when we got to the window she was standing there with a terrible attitude, no proper greeting , no nothing . I’m not sure because i couldn’t see her name tag , but the name on the receipt is Darnelle. we pay too much money to eat here only to be treated rudely ! and my thing is , if you don’t want to work , go home!
Very friendly employees, helpful, polite, & patient. Food was hot and to order. Drink machine still open to public inside if ordering inside for takeout. One bench open for ordering customers. Bathroom was open . General seating roped off.
I waited an hour in the drive thru for my online order. I was told I needed to come inside to pick it up. Food was missing. What the point of ordering ahead if you can't use the drive thru. Food was cold. Salad was warm. Lids on the drinks are cheap and do not fit. I wasted soda in my car. They are very slow.
Hot and fresh. Can't go wrong with this place.
I have been to several Zaxby's and this one was on our route. We ordered to go and left. Down the road we found out the order was not correct nor hot.
Been eating at this Zaxby's for over a decade. I do love Zaxby's and like most reviewers I long for a time when the prices were lower and the chicken was larger. That said my experience with this location is about 4 stars. My last order was good but the grease needed changing.
