Worst drive thru experience ever. Spent over $60.00 with 4 meals, a large fry, fried pickles and got 5 ranch sauces, went in to get more and they told us we had to pay $.25 each. Really, asked who the manager was and CJ pointed to a picture on the wall and said you can read. No manager there?
Whoever the cook was on the east blvd on 6/6/22 at around 4:30 pm yall need to keep them because the last few times ive gotten food in the last couple of months it been a hit or miss. But the cook today did a good job
Got 3 orders chicken fingers and all tasted like they were overcooked in grease that needed changing. We threw them all out
My fiancé and I come to this Zaxby’s all the time! We love everyone here, mostly Amber, our favorite cashier! I would definitely recommend going to this Zaxby’s! ❤️??
Went for their chicken sandwich, but they were out. It was a Saturday at 6:30pm. Got the chicken fingers. Which were soggy, as were the fries as well. Wife had there chicken salad, which was good.
Fast and super nice. Im always sad when they are out of fried mushrooms.
Food was ok. I've had way better. It may have been because it was close to closing time.
Every time we order from Zaxbys, there's something missing... from half the order or incorrect stuff. And it sucks cause the food is usually good.
This was by far the best Zaxby's the salad I got was fresh to be a customer from out of town I was surely greeted and taken care of like a family Member
Just your typical Zaxby’s spot. I’m here specifically for the “Nibblers Meal” (3 chicken tenders on toasted mini buns with fries and drink) It’s very filling and it’s one of my “go to” options when I’m here and really hungry. Went through the drive thru so nothing new to report, standard experience, your usual lackluster customer service just like most other fast food chains not named Chik-Fil-A. But yes, I’ll go again anyway because I like the food. Also the seasoned fries are addictive!
