So my friend and I decided to go inside to order because there was a long line at Zaxby's and I was super thirsty so I asked for lemonade they gave me a cup I went to the first machine the first machine didn't work and there was a sign posted then I went to the second machine and basically everything on the second machine didn't work either and all I asked for was were lemonade so I gave the cup back to the cash register lady or whatever and by this time my cup had touched like five hands before giving my cut back for the lemonade I thought that was kind of rude kind of weird they knew that the the soda machine wasn't working so why didn't they just offer me what I asked for the first time but other than that the food is always good you feel me the service wasn't.....
Went on 11 July 2022 at 4:40pm. Don’t think I will be going to this location again. I told the lady on the speaker I have a code for a BOGO big Zax snak. She asked what is the date on the receipt. I told her 4 days ago. She said ok took my order then I got to the window. Gave the lady at the window my card then I saw on my receipt I was charged for both meals. I told here one was free she said well you have to tell me at the window. I said I told the lady on the speaker. She said I didn’t take your order you have to tell me in case she doesn’t put it on there. (Btw how am I supposed to know who took my order, I don’t work in fast food. Whats the point of her taking the order if she isn’t going to do it correctly???) I said why didn’t the lady on the speaker say that? She said you have to tell me at the window then told me to come inside. I went inside then the manager only Said you have to tell the lady at the window without even saying hello, can I help you nothing. Kinda rude to not even ask how can I help you or sorry about that let me get this fixed. I tried to tell him what happened then he cut me off and said you’re not listening well for next time you have to tell the lady at the window. I said can’t you listen without cutting me off and arguing with me now helps nothing. I tried to tell him I told the lady on the speaker and for next time maybe tell her to tell the person ordering to say it at the window and he ignored me. I don’t understand what’s so hard about tell his employee if they say it on the speaker have them tell the lady at the window. I’m not saying this is all their fault, but customer service goes a long way. No need to cut me off, ignore me, or not even say hello. Just because you say ma’am when you cut me off doesn’t mean you’re being polite. Both employees were more concerned with telling me what I did wrong multiple times versus just saying let’s get this fixed. I love Zaxby’s but I feel a certain type of way about spending my money somewhere the employees can’t be polite. I can get chicken at other restaurants where their employees are at the very minimum friendly. I know you know what chicken restaurant I’m talking about.Btw the food was cold. Everything I ordered was cold wings, tenders, and fries.
I like their chicken tenders. Usually get them, although as a bonus for signing up on their app I received a free chicken sandwich. I was not pleased with their filet. It was mostly breading, very thin!They should replace their filet with a different vendor or use tenders instead for the sandwich.The fries were good, my fiance enjoyed their cole slaw.
The French Fries were so well done they were too hard to eat and they were cold. It too over 30 minutes to go thru drive thru. When placing the order was asked what I wanted to drink with the Blue salad and told them Coke, got to drive thru window and cashier said the salad didn't come with a drink, so why did they ask? Did get asked what type of dipping sauce I wanted with 20 traditional wings, was given ranch that I don't like. Didn't get the Blue dressing for the salad. The employees were goofing off when I sat at the window for over 5 minutes waiting for my order. Don't mind the wait if the order was correct, hot, and cooked correctly. It make me upset when I wait and multiple things are messed up on the order.
Overpriced compared to nearby restaurants and incredibly rude. Staff screwed up the order and we corrected them they fought us on it the whole time and once they fixed it they threw our food out the window towards us and told us to go. Never going here again.

Cashier was very thorough in ensuring all items were customized to my preference ~ w/o me having to ask! My initial thought was to bypass what appeared to be a lengthy line. Upon reaching the monitor, it was an absolute pleasure to have been greeted, treated and served in such a timely and professional manner! Would love to have her train a host of OTHER Cashier's who could learn a buschle from this Young Lady!!!
Kicken chicken far too sloppy to pick up. Then went to “family” restroom ONLY I didn’t know if a man would be in the stall next to me. Another WOKE organization I won’t return to
This is my worst store to visit. The management are young people with no customer service appreciation. They are rude even when they mess up your order. It’s all about profit and not about making the customer happy. They will argue with you about your order and don’t mind serving cold food and fries. Don’t order online the food order comes out different in the store.
Fast with taking my order. Slow with serving the order out the cooks in the back don't communicate with each other chicken tenders was ready but the fries wasn't dropped. The floor in floor of the counter was full of water. 5 cars in drive threw was given their order and I had placed my order. I should've went threw drive threw cus there r on a time limit
