We were happy to find a fast casual seafood alternative to fried. Diners have the choice of blackened, grilled, or fried fish. The menu includes a variety of options including tacos, salads, baskets and dinners. Dinners come with a choice of two sides and there are several choices including fries, red beans and rice, and green beans. Beer and wine are available. You order at the counter and food is brought to your table. The wait is a bit longer than a lot of fast casual, but it is arrives delicious!
The food was great ! 9/10 for sure ! But our waiter Phillip was the best he made the experience a 10/10 he took his time explaining things and being very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure our food was good! I would come back just from his customer service alone! It was An amazing experience ! And I love the catfish here ! Overall I would definitely recommend this place Phillip was a GEM!
The were busy doing our visit but the food was worth the wait.
The manager was pleasant, professional and actually took time to check on not just us but everyone in there. The cashier Michaela was very polite, genuine and attentive and that's not too common these days anymore.I was actually pleasantly surprised overall by my experience. The prices are fairly high for this type of eat in, but everything is higher these days.The food also shocked me a little. I was expecting average and it was a solid 8.I only gave it a 4 star because it's my first time and so I will update this review based on my next trip.
I ate there yesterday at lunch time. Had the catfish crispy basket with hush puppies and coleslaw. With tartar sauce. And 13 hrs later. I've had diarrhea all day and hasn't stopped. I dont think I'll ever be eating there again
Ate lunch here today and the quality has gown way down. The shrimp and oysters were over fried and very greasy. The order stand person had "nails" and could not handle change very well nor count it. I have always look forward to eating here in the past but this will be my final trip. Food in the past has been excellent. """
Wharf is one of my favorite eateries in Montgomery. I can't say that I've ever has a bad experience here and today was no different.I had a regular serving of wharf tacos with a side of fries along with the Gator bites and sweet tea. The friendly staff and quick arrival of my food made this an enjoyable dining experience.I will be visiting again very soon.
My husband and I stopped by The Wharf at Eastchase and it did not disappoint. The food was amazing and it was more than I could eat. Xavier took our order and made some recommendations. He was very courteous. Phillip brought us our food and we engaged in a nice conversation. It did not take long for our food to come out and it was hot upon arrival. The two guys should be commended for their impeccable service. We will continue to come here to eat.
My wife and I really enjoy the East Chase location in Montgomery Alabama. I must say it’s due mostly to great good but also for the great service. The manager Phillip is truly OUTSTANDING!! He’s very attentive and makes you feel like you’re the only customer in the place. We will continue to visit this location for great good and great service Thanks to Phil and his great team. We have visited the restaurant twice and had some yummy food both times. We had one of their salads which was a good size. Hushpuppies are good, shrimp taste fresh. I even loved the grits. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area.
