Have to be the one of the worst Wendy establishments I ever visited. Customer service apparently is not a requirement here. Cashier was rude during ordering , and the second cashier caught an attitude with me for simply asking for a receipt. Workers used foul language in front of guests. The workers here make the typical McDonald's customer service look like Chick-fil-A in comparison to them . Go elsewhere !
It seemed as if no one wanted to be at work. Food was incorrect and they horded the ketchup. They seemed annoyed that I asked for a large fry and recieved a small. Food was good but attitudes were not.
Very friendly and took the time to verify my order accuracy twice. Fries needed salt, but the service and freshness was top notch.
Absolutely terrible service! Incorrect order followed by interrogation. Had to take in all the bags to prove they screwed up order—which I cannot imagine to be an uncommon occurrence at this location.
Worst customer service EVER! If I could give this Wendy's a zero star I would. I stood at the counter for five minutes before someone even acknowledged me.
The employees are professional and there rude to customers. the management at the store need to do a better job! The food isn’t good neither. Rating 2.4
"Is that it." "Are you done?" "Your total is.." like, seriously, there are obviously more then 2 kids in this car, let us complete our order. So incredibly rude service.
Stopped for a quick lunch on way to Florida from Atlanta. It was around 130pm on a Saturday. They were not hugely busy but business was steady. Wait in line to order was longish- 10 minutes or more with about the same time to get food. Cashier did apologize for the wait though. Food was as expected, but the freestyle coke machine was leaking so there was a huge puddle on the floor the staff kept having to mop up. It also dispensed zero ice. There was no available iced tea.Visited the bathroom which was in ok shape. However there was a staff member in the bathroom on her phone, and when I exited the stall she did not move from in front of the sink until I said excuse me. The sink is one of those automated sinks where you have no control over the temperature and it's was very very hot, my 5 year old could not wash her hands. I commented on that and the staff member did not appear to be very concerned or apologetic.Health score was 98, one staff person displayed a good attitude, and food was decent so therefore I give 2 stars but I will not visit this location again (I travel this route often and always stop nearby)
Poor service and poor attitudes from the cashier. After paying nearly 20 dollars for our two combo meals the only soft drinks available was Sprite. There was no ice and when we ask about it the attitude response was unnecessary. I will not return.
