My husband, 4 year old daughter, and myself stopped in to dine. (We come all the time.) There were no tables open and we were asked to wait. We waited for 15 mins. (No problem) Once a couple left the table, the waitress walked over and grabbed the glasses off the table. 10 mins later, she's standing behind the counter arguing with the cook. The cook became loud. The table was still not cleaned. I asked another waitress to if she didn't mind to clean it. She stated, "it's not my session so no ma'am I cannot." Okay. We are waiting. 10 mins later, the waitress (whose table it was) says very rudely and loudly, "well they must not want to eat here if they still sitting over there." Table still not clean... my family and I walked out because we REFUSE to spend money in an establishment were staff is rude and unprofessional!
The waitress was friendly and got our order to us fast. The food was tasty
Had to wait to have table cleaned. 3 tables had people at them all the rest were dirty. Coffee wasn't ready. Out of chili. Service was ok after we ordered.

Had An Awesome Meal Prepared At This Location Without A Long Wait Time, And The Food Was Wonderful
Google has this location listed as open 24 hours. Not correct. Thought I’d stop and place a to go order at 5:30 a.m. on my way to work and the door was locked. Was told they were closed and would open in about 3 minutes. Waited patiently in my car and when the lady walked out the door I asked if they were open now since she didn’t lock the door behind her and she said no he was cleaning the grill. They lost my service as well as 2 other customers while they were cleaning the grill. Seems like cleaning the grill would need to be performed during non peek hours like 3 or 4 in the morning. This was a week day not a Saturday night.

Staff was very rude. Me and a friend went to waffle house on Taylor road yesterday at 6pm to talk and go over a book we were reading. We both got food so we weren't just loitering. We were having a good time and a couple hours in the staff starts talking really nasty about how they are aggravated we were still there. I assumed Waffle House was 24/7 but I guess I was wrong. I don't even care if they were shutting down dining, the way they did it was just really poor and rude. I used to go here pretty often with friends but I don't think I will come to this location again.

The Bacon Egg& Cheese Grits bowl is the Best. Waffles are just delicious. Food was fast & staff was friendly.
