The 1 star is for the rudness and disrespect of the customers that's inside eating as well as the ones coming in to order. I witness employees using foul language about a customer they upset and one of the guys mention she wont to get beat up. Just unprofessional and has no manner. You can't run a functional business with employees in this manner and this is why so much go on at this Waffle House. I will not be returning and I will also spread the word about this business so other customers wont have to deal with this chaos. Just because it's WH doesn't mean you can't have RESPECT.
Service was pitiful the server was rude and didn’t want to give me refill. She/he said no refill on a soda and tried to make me pay for a refill. Not one time did the server go back to the table after we had our food. We had to get up to get everything.
Man let me tell you, they hooked a brother and his family up real nice. For sure coming back here ya heard
The food was good the customer service was horrible the server had no experience she slammed our plates down on the table lol we had to ask for refills they also was very short staff and the manager didn’t care to help
Service was awful didn't write the orders down and of course it was wrong not to mention bad. Server was extremely rude! Done with waffle house!!!
Food was good as usual. Very disappointed they do not do any discounts. Every other WF I have been to does a veteran discount. So I will be visiting them as there are many to choose from in the area.
Date of our visit was 03/25. If you're looking for a decent breakfast at a good price, you can't go wrong with WH. This was our third restaurant on our way to Savannah. We both got the two egg breakfast, scrambled, one with ham, one with bacon, hash browns and toast. Both plates and coffee for $20. Everything was good. Service was good. We'll keep being diners at Waffle House.
I work down the street from waffle house and I CALL them and they NEVER answer the phone. It's very frustrating when you want to call ahead a order and they NEVER answer the phone, so you have to go there and wait for 20 minutes . I have called them the past YEAR at least 20 times and they haven't answered once. I figured maybe they're busy but you get there and it's very slow inside and you see the phone ringing and no one answers it. They have lost my business for ever, I am switching to IHOP. I guess they don't need the money. OH and i work in a office with several people, at least 3 of us are always trying to get food from there.. There goes hundreds/thousands extra dollars to Ihop yearly..
This waffle house experience has literally turned my opinion of them upside down. The food was hot and cooked perfectly. Get this the order wasn't wrong in the slightest bit. I truly appreciate my fellow cooks.. props. Respect.
I never have a bad experience at waffle house but it's prolly mainly because I never dine in; I only get to go bug when I use to dine in before the pandemic I never had a bad experience.... I love me some waffle house.
