@ Owner, first appreciate your concern for my displeasure of service. However, I've noticed other customer complaints similar to mine. I can't be more detailed than what i already posted. So my question to you is what has been done in the past and what is being implemented now to ensure that the issues don't continue to arise. I rather know your team is providing top notch service acknowledging every customer coming thru the door, then a couple of free smoothies. Customer service is a dead art these days and if it's not fix, there will be more empty store fronts in the city. This is coming from someone who works for the number one tourist attraction in the city and the state for 2021.I'm in Tropical Smoothie Atlanta hwy.. a customer kindly ask the young man to please wash his hands after he saw him out in the common area after his break. That associate gave him a stare down. In front of his wife. I even said " dang why the stare down". He told him thank you after he received his order. The associate reply was " ummhmmm" customer says.. aye by the way.. that stare down didn't scare me. Kids says.. what are you talking bout. While I was waiting behind the customers that received the stare down, I wasn't sure if it was my time to order or not. The cashier never invited me to the counter. The customer in front of me had to ask me if I ordered. And the other associate sitting on her break I guess told the customer in front of me to have a good day, but when I walk out I didn't get a thank you for patronizing from any of the 3. They clearly need customer service training. No wonder people use people uber eats and Door Dash. The Smoothie would have tasted alot better if the service was good. I'll stick with Smoothie King.
This location’s manager is very disrespectful to their employees. She screams at them, refuses to help them, and then sends them home when she is told there’s a customer at the front (she was working on the register and the other employees were filling orders) and she’s in the back on her cell phone with her boyfriend. She slammed the phone down. I was the customer on the front last Thursday during this. I’ve asked for Angie’s number (DM), she has refused it. I’ve asked for Linda Morgan’s number (owner), she again refused the number. Only gave me the number to customer relations which told me to ask for the DMs number or the Franchisees number.
Went there after a long day of work to hear curse words and jumble talking. I'm not sure how to describe the way I was talked to. I asked for a manager and got this response " dis is da manager we be all managers" like who speaks in such a manor towards a customer. I refuse to go back. I'd say take your money Starbucks. Quality is down the road.

I purchased two Hurricane smoothies for my son and I. They were very good and gave us energy. We could taste the flavor. I went to use the women's restroom and it was sticky in addition to the tolint having a piece of tissue on it. Due to covid and germs, the restroom needs to be cleaned more often.
Eh. The Vaughn Road location is much better. This one is pretty slow and just overall not good. An example, I got a flatbread and it was literally burned to hell and back when I opened it up. They also are always out of different ingredients for smoothies.
Hours online say close at 9pm. I get here to be told we close at 8pm. Almost 5 other people also turn away. Just update hours like the other locations!!!
I ordered two smoothies and a wrap… I got my wrap fast but waited for like 30 minutes for my smoothies. Other people came in after me and got their order before me… Come to find out they forgot what my smoothies were. So instead of asking or looking at the receipt I was waiting.
They are now serving Thai chicken Salad and hair dressing.
Just had Bahama Mama smoothie today but enjoyed the shrimp wrap last visit with Paradise Punch. I like to add white chocolate to it.
