My favorite food and drink from Tropical Smoothie is the Mango Magic with extra Mango and sometimes i add the muli vitamin and the breakfast food item is the Southwest wrap .. the wrap is very tasty it has grilled chicken, chipotle mayo, tomatoes, spinach, eggs and pepper jack cheese.. i usually get extra chipotle mayo and this usually fills me up until lunch time.. i place my order through the app and it's normally ready by the time i get there, and this location has good customer service

This location is usually my favorite to order from but lately it had been horrible customer service. This makes the third time I have ordered through door dash and they not give them all my order or never any smoothies that I ordered. Call them back to inform them and they say oh yea well we try to get them sent out to you never hear back from them nor any money back when I ask them. Even when you go inside to order they give tpu the weong order. Also i always order an hr ahead of time and when i get there its still not ready. I only order and use door dash due to me not wanting to leave work on lunch but this will be my last time; they have gotten wayyy more than enough of my hard earned money.
Walked in about 15mins before closing with no other customers inside. There were 7 employees inside and 0 of them acknowledged my entrance. I walk up the to register & the cashier doesn’t even look up from the screen. No “How may I help you or What would you like today.” Nothing. She was typing something on the screen so I assumed she was working on something so I just stood there waiting for her to acknowledge me so I knew she was ready for me to give my order. She never did. I eventually placed my order for 2 smoothies. I get my order & leave. My son & I take sips only to find they are poorly blended & riddled with chunks of ice. If you’re going to have poor customer service, at least provide a good product.
Bad customer service. They got my order wrong then it took them a extra 25 min to cook the sandwich because they burnt the bread because one of the cooks went on break and left my food on grill. I recommend any other location besides this one
I visited this location on a fairly busy Saturday afternoon, about 3:30. The service was quick and everyone was friendly. I always get the same, A Peanut Butter Cup smoothie (which is pretty good, not too sweet) but they also serve sandwiches (paninis) and other food items.The smoothies come in one size but they're filling! They also follow Covid guidelines for those that may have these concerns.

I prefer the one on ATL Highway but since I work in the area this location is more convenient. The smoothies are a hit or miss every time! Majority of the time they’re very watered down & nasty. Customer service is trash. Last time I visited No one speaks & no one even called name to let me know my smoothie was ready. She just placed it on the counter & walked away. Every time I give this place a chance, I’m let down.
The counters are usually nasty, and they don’t have straws with wrappers on them and we are in a pandemic. Workers are usually rude and inattentive to customers. Just an overall trash place. Lying about not having straws with wrappers and charging customers for straws with wrappers.
I visit this location EVERY morning! Spoke with manager because the quality was not the same. There had been a lot of new people hired and she just assured me that more training would be the focus. To fast forward the smoothies had been superb!Best smoothies ever!
