We are in Prattville and decided to try The Juicy Seafood Restaurant. We ordered our food, an hr later we got half of our food, and that was all. No lobster, corn, or potatoes. The waitress did not come back. We ate what food we got and flagged down the manager to make sure we wouldn’t be charged for the food that never came. She was very nice and offered us 10% off and we said no thanks. The shrimp was great but the clam chowder was not. Eventually, the waitress came back, ran my card, and hovered over me to see if I was gonna give her a tip. My husband had already told me no tip. It’s the first time I had not left a tip at a restaurant.
We were seated right away, looked cleaned and well maintained. Our food was delivered hot and in a timely manner! The service was also very good. I would recommend this restaurant to seafood lovers.
I have eaten at this Restaurant several times in the pass. The service was average. On the evening of June 22, 2022 , I had the worst dining experience at this restaurant!! The waiter was inexperienced. His customer service skills were horrible!! The food was fair. Once we got our food, he never came back to the table to see if we needed anything else. The restaurant was almost empty only two other people were dining in!!! This should have been an indication of the quality of service! It's unfortunate that the people working that evening, took no pride in their work. At this rate of service, I can see this restaurant closing soon!!!
Visiting from Texas and had a great experience!! Customer service was everything. Everyone looked out for us and made us feel pleased and happy. I love that! Customer service is everything!! LayLay was our server and Tam was our bartender. She make a good tequila lemon drop too!!If y’all visiting stop by their signature sauce Go Hard!! Prices way better than Houston but they should work out their tip system. Gratuity goes to the whole team although laylay waited on us with patience and care, I felt she deserved it but of course we looked out for her anyway ?
This was the worst restaurant experience I have had in a long time. When my wife and I entered there were two women hanging out in the lobby screaming profanity across the restaurant and generally acting rowdy. The staff appeared annoyed to seat the two of us and we waited 10 minutes before the table was greeted by the server who was acting nice but was clearly unhappy to serve us. The food was cooked within a reasonable amount of time however members of the staff who were in the lobby kept giving us mean looks and making derogatory remarks about being white and other various insults regarding my wife who is Asian. We just came out to enjoy a date together and instead we were greeted with racism and disrespect.DO NOT COME HERE THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY!!
Service was horrible. I understand a slow night but I would have ordered a beer if the staff was willing to be visible in the dining room. There was one member at the front on the phone while another lounged on the bench and seemed to care less when customers walked in to even be sat.Not worth a second chance.
Man, this place has a serious customer service issue. I’ve tried this spot twice and both times service was iffy. The second time I was hesitate but I knew the food was good so I decided to give it a second shot. Once seated the time to wait just to get a waiter over was terrible. Couldn’t hear him speaking the entire time and my Order was entered wrong (simple mistake) it was adjusted and corrected. By the time my food came out he dropped my food and walked off so quick I didn’t even have a chance to ask for anything further. I wanted lemons and crab crackers. The food was a bit salty for me (still good) so that was the only way for me to dilute. After waiting about 10 more minutes a diff waitress came by and I asked her to bring me lemons. My waiter brought them back pretty fast and sat them on the table and walked away. The entire time he was texting on his phone with his free hand and barely even looked up. He was terrible. I tipped good because I can’t short change people based on ignorance. They need more training here. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting to top all this off. As a food inspector and quality assurance rep please get it together here. Everything isn’t for everyone and I won’t be returning!
This location is becoming the most WORST location with all those young folks working in there: I placed a togo order…I received VERY BAD customer service, young lady taking my order had NO PHONE ETIQUETTE, VERY RUDE & on top of that after repeating my order several time my almost $70 order for 2 bags was incorrect when I got home, & too mention the bag we did TRY to eat the seasoning was AWFUL. The next day I stop by there to speak with a manager & the young lady that present herself was just as WORST, to be honest it wasn’t all about the refund of the order, she didn’t even offer to make it right only offering me 15% on my next visit, because I didn’t have the food with me. Like I told her I live about 45 minutes away & will admit it was my fault that I didn’t check my order before I left, but I never had this problem. My friend girl refuses to eat anything from this location after a encounter over a year in a half ago experience while she was dining in, there was a big cockroach crawling everywhere & I can assure after my experience there Friday night I’m NEVER stepping feet back in that place. Whoever the “OWNERS” are your restaurant has gone DOWNHILL!!
My husband & I went there last night to have dinner. We were told to sit in our car don't know why because there were people sitting inside waiting to be seated & clearly it was room for us to sit, but okay. We were seated after 10 minutes of waiting, but what got me is it took about 20 minutes before anyone came to take our order and when our order was taken our waiter pants falling to the ground he was he was sweating profusely no mask & very unprofessional ??♀️. Other people orders were taken that got there after us?My husband got his food first, but it wasn't right then got mines.. crablegs was soft sweet tea was nasty. Just a bad experience and will never come back!
