We went in for Father’s Day to eat very disappointing, took forever to get our drink order and food.our server never wanted to wait on us.No one would help us even the manager.will never go back in there again a waste of my money.
Very disappointed in the service here! The waitress were more interested in their employees than the customers, I literally had to yell across to get my waiter attention as he was entertaining other employees and had no interest to wait on me. Being that the needed drinks , sauce etc… my app came out cold and they refuse to give any refunds because of this! Highly disappointed I do not recommend juicy crab in east chase pkwy terrible service. The employees were sitting down eating and enjoying seafood amongst one another it was a mess! Not to mention very overpriced!
Good food, nice restaurant with nice service. Some dishes are a little bit salty and drinks are not so good. Crawfish is the best !
Tried Juicy Crab for the first time. Staff seemed a little inatentive as we had to interrupt two employees in conversation to be seated. The menu is composed of fixed meals and a la carte fare. Prices are as you would expect but food is plentiful, just don't expect to get out for less than $25 per person. I ordered the half pound shrimp, mussels and sausage, mild and juicy. Juicy, by the way is every seasoning. My companions split the pound of headless and pound of head on shrimp. The meal arrived after a short wait. You are presented with a waste bucket, bibs, and gloves to make the rather messy meal less so. I found the seasoning overwhelming, completely hiding the taste of the mussels, the shrimp less so but still more seasoning than shrimp. My companions felt the seasoning was heavy but still good. All in all it was fine and will probably eat her again but don't look for it to become a regular staple on the dinner circuit as the dinner for three, with tip and no drinks, was $75. And remember, two people split an entree.
My husband and I just had one of the best experiences at the Juicy Crab! Our food was hot and delicious , and our server, Jamya, was awesome! She was very attentive to us and was so pleasant!
The service was great; our server, Bella was friendly, prompt, and professional. I only gave three stars because my chicken tenders were rubbery (it was a company luncheon). The fries were seasoned very well, the hush puppies were great, and the fried calamari was okay.
The place is clean, inviting, and has an upbeat atmosphere. Our server was named Tamia and she did a wonderful job of making us feel welcomed. The menu is fine with everything youd expect in such an establishment -although it would be nice to see some gumbo on the menu.The shrimp basket was ok, a bit light on the seasoning for my taste. The chicken tenders for the children were good. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant as the experience, service, and food were pleasant.
I had a great experience this afternoon with my girl Senia!! She is the best waitress with the greatest customer service ever! Our food and drinks came out quickly.. I will most definitely be back! ??
