Amazing service, amazing food, amazing experience!!! I got half rack of ribs with a Caesar salad and loaded baked potato… absolutely delicious!! Ribs were fall off the bone tender!! Wasn’t my first time, and definitely won’t be my last!!
My experience here was unforgettable for all great reasons! My primary reason for rating my experience here 5 stars is because of my waiter, Joseph. Joseph is probably one of the most respectful, approachable, brightest, and kindest guys I’ve ever met. I am so glad the universe was able to put this waiter in my path. Although today was a busy day for Texas Roadhouse, Joseph still managed to flip my day around and make my day one of the happiest. Please make sure to give your waiters & waitress’s a great tip because I promise you they are working so hard for you. People like Joseph warm my heart and brighten my days extremely. Although my trip in Alabama is a short trip, Joseph will forever hold a place in my memory.
Amazing food and service. I love the the new system they have. You sign in at the front desk give them your cellphone number and you have three options. Wait inside on a hardwood bench, wait outside in the heat on a hardwood bench or my favorite wait inside your comfortable air conditioned vehicle until they text you back to let you know your table is ready. I love ? this place. ?✅?❤️
Disappointing attention to detail but still good food. We ordered take out but ended up missing the "loaded" portions of the loaded baked potato (x2) and the ice cream to the brownie dessert. I also missed out on the delicious butter for the rolls.Other than that the steak I ordered was cooked perfectly and the rest of the meal was quite delicious. While I certainly take responsibility for not double checking my order before leaving, I would expect better care and attention from the staff.
Usually get pretty good service here. I received the worst service today, ordered as soon as we sat down. We didn’t receive order until 1 1/2 later and it came out cold and it took 15 minutes to receive our drinks server Helen only checked on us twice. POOR SERVICE!
We happened to visit from out of state and coincidentally seemed to be the day of lots of graduations. The wait actually wasn't too bad. You leave your phone number and get a text once your table is ready. For the most part, the food was well-seasoned. This is one of the locations that has the cinnamon butter, so that was a plus. Our waitress was attentive. We would visit again if back in the area.
The appetizer wasn't even warm, but I let it slide , and my steak came out before my salad. I was okay with that; however, my steak wasn't even warm, either.
I absolutely loved the maple spaghetti squash side they offered at that time. I also love the sweet potatoes with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon-the steaks are always perfectly prepared! We love to get the seasonal cocktails they offer as well.
I haven't been to Texas Roadhouse in a decade. My mom and I waited even when we were told it would be an hour and a half before we could get a table. I see why people wait now! The food was amazing, the service was above and beyond accommodating and the price was right. I am so impressed I will be overjoyed to wait even longer. Thank you guys for doing it right!
Food was delicious. Hostess young and not so kind she never said welcome or fellow me.Then she began talking about me with the older hostess and I was look dead them because I didn’t like the setting area , making me feel some type way.
