Stop in as a delivery driver to pick up an order for doordash. Watched the employees make orders for 6 vehicles in the drive-through while I stood there and waited to pick up an order that Was placed 10 minutes before I got to the restaurant. I stood there And heard the girl in the kitchen finally tell her partner OK now make the doordash order
This places has never gotten my order right and it’s the easiest things as well come on guys…..
My order was correct and food was average, but I was horribly disturbed by seeing employees with their pants below their behinds and underwear showing. If I hadn’t placed a mobile order and already paid in the app, I would have walked out.
Terrible customer service. Whoever is working the night shift at drive-thru was really rude and needs to have a chat with supervisor- they deserve a 2nd chance that's what I personally believe in. Unprofessional. Been here 100+ times the past 10 years but whoever was working this night has an attitude and was rude. Taco Bell supervisors and owner for this taco bell need to talk to the franchise about how to hire right people and make them memorize their mission statement. Don't need a reply. Thank you, will not be coming back. New Taco Bell on Vaughn Road beats this one by a mile.
Worst customer service ever, the lady taking the order was rude and didn’t cut the quesadilla and when I gave her she took it rudely and gave the same quesadilla which is very unprofessional and when asked for sauce she just said we don’t have in a very un please manner and closed the window on face.
The food tasted good. Drive through took much longer than expected. Many items on the menu were not available like Mexican pizza and pepsi
Came here at 9:05pm on Mothers Day. The lady on speaker is rude. And my 3 soft tacos was all cold. I tried calling but no one answered.
My boyfriend was working over night and we saw in your website that they drive thru was Open until 1AM... FALSEEEE
We had a very good experience at this Taco Bell. The staff was very courteous and friendly and the food was good. The dining area was clean and everything was well stocked. It's a favorite place to grab a quick bite when in the Eastchase area.
This location goes above and beyond. We ordered online and drove up immediately. Our fault we were HUNGRY. The young lady at the drive through asked us to wait a couple minutes. So acknowledging we were early decided to wait parking lots for a couple min. Not even 5 minutes later and while we were distracted on the phone, they brought out our food to us. We were absolutely surprised. They have amazing customer service skills here. To the young lady who came out. Thank you. You made two tired and hungry people's afternoon! ❤ Taco Bell , your employees at this location deserve a raise!
