Although I am quick to say service is not what it use to be, at this location it still is to me. Every time I go to the Taco Bell on Carmichael Road in Montgomery the service in the drive thru is excellent. From placing my order to the interaction at the window. Always very friendly, fast and accurate.Thank you!
Night shift need to get it together!!!!! horrible attitudes like they dont wanna be there, they move slow on your order at the mic and catch attitudes again, then rush/get made when you ask for something they forgot to give you!!!! ON TOP OF IT THIS ISN'T THE 1ST TIME !!..LAST NIGHT TOP IT OF ALL NIGHTS (7/20/2022) I HAD A LONG STRING OF HAIR IN MY FOOD ???♂️?? NOT ACCEPTABLE SOME THINGS SHOULDN'T HAPPEN ON TOP OF BAD SERVICE !!!!
Food was very good even when it was late at night. Very quick and friendly service
Ordered nachos and a drink, simple order really, got my nachos, then Waited 20 minutes just for someone to come to the counter so I could get my drink, not just myself but 2 other sets of customers were waiting for minutes on minutes before even getting their food.
Drive thru wait time of nearly 30 minutes. Missing Item, tried to call the store with no answer. Waiting on a reply from the online submission.
Twice I've gotten black beans instead of regular beans in my chalupas. I order through the app so there should be no confusion regarding the ingredients chosen. Twice in this location only, someone doesn't have the reading comprehension to understand the difference between regular beans and black beans.
Was not there for food, but management reacted quickly to a serious car accident in front of the restaurant.

Always good to make a Taco Bell run every now and then. I went through the drive-thru during lunchtime. No long wait time. The food was fresh and good. And best part... no cracked hard shell tacos.
Kiosk only ordering and the staff ignore your presence. After waiting too long for food, inquired status to a confused employee. No explanation or apology of delay.Kiosk does not offer water only.Constant blaring alarm that probably is causing hearing damage or the very least headaches!
