Great customer service, they only put sour cream on the end of taco one big clump. Not a straight line.
Very very very verrrrry bad service… order not made right.. drinks given after the food was over.. bad attitude… there are 3 employees here but they have no time to come to the counter… never will I ever stop at this Taco Bell ever… very very upset..
My order was wrong after explaining it about ten times and honestly this place simply depends on the staff at the time.
Most disorganized and dirty Taco Bell I've visited in a long time.They only took dine in orders via two self-serv stations, one of which the screen was broken. I can forgive this due to staff shortages nationwide, right!?But come on... One lady stood at the counter next to me waiting on ANY staff to acknowledge her for over 6 minutes - just to ask for a straw! Two staff members walked right by her many times while she stood there totally ignoring her. It was really obvious and clear that they did not want to help.When a young man walked into the store, both of the staff members immediately ran over to him and stepped outside, proving they actually were awake.The bathrooms were... Well, the best way to describe them would be disgusting! There were urine puddles all over the floor in the men's room and my wife reported the same in the woman's. The smell confirmed they had been there for a long time.Our food took way longer than it should have, however, the order was correct.
Waited 50 minutes for my dine in order, and it was not crowded. Did not get any apology or acknowledgement from the staff once it was finally prepared. Recommend avoiding this location if you are passing through on a road trip and looking for a quick bite.
Stop in to try there new cheese burrito, not bad for 2 dollars. Will order again. Stay hungry my friends.

i ordered 4 deluxe cravings box’s and they messed every last one of them up. half of the burrito was completely bread. the meat was undercooked. the cheese was hard and stale. i couldn’t even bite into the chips they were so soft. i would like to have a full refund.
Let me explain something if you don't know then say you don't know. I went to a Taco Bell on the Southern Blvd here in Montgomery, AL and being a Vegan I asked for a burrito with beans(how simple was that) the young lady told me that they were still serving breakfast. I said ok but can I get a burrito with beans. She once again said we are serving breakfast then she turned the signs around from apparently last night to show breakfast. Then she said our burrito has eggs, cheese and I was adamant about not wanting cheese, eggs or any type of dairy. Once again ignorance set in when she said they were serving breakfast and could not prepare what I asked for. I gave up and drove on the other side of town on Zelda Road walked in and ask the gentleman for what I needed and he had it to me in five minutes. None of this we are serving breakfast and gave me what I wanted. I had to go all the way across town when I was actually heading in the other direction. I actually think she was trying to be smart but stupidity is not smart it's absurdity. I do give the Taco Bell on Zelda Road a five star rating.
Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes and then sat at the order box for another 20 while they cleared the line in front of me. They wouldnt take our order. The owner needs to consider new workers.
