We arrived around 8:55pm and there was no one at the counter. We heard noise in the back so I called out hello. I did this 4 times. We waited and waited. The employee finally came from the back and my husband asked her if they were still open. She huffed a little and said she was just about to shut down. Subway states on their website that they are opened till 10pm. She was just very rude and made us feel very uncomfortable.
This location use to have better customer service than what I received yesterday. Of course there was another employee there. It took almost 5 mins for the employees to walk up to the front (but they were looking right at us). This should have been my first clue to leave. All three were very unprofessional and the manager had no idea that there was a difference between deluxe and double meat. SMH.

I've been here three times over the last month to provide dinner for me and my parents. The service has been exceptional and the food was quality. I'll be placing an exceptionally large order soon. There is another Subway location closer to my work; however, until shown otherwise, this location is definitely my go to!
I'm not a big grab and go diner thus I don't often eat at these sorts of restaurants. This one is located inside of a Mapco and though it has tables I'm not keen on eating in a convenience store. I gave it a shot though because I use the gas station often and it always smells good. I grabbed a six inch tuna with cheese and lettuce and ate it in the car on my lunch break. The sandwhich was good and I recall grabbing a breakfast flatbread here before as well that was good. Service was fine, would grab and go again.
They were very helpful because I was having issues with the app. But they were able to get my order prepared and ready quickly
This particular store located in Montgomery, Alabama located on the East side needs training in customer service. Their customer service is terrible. The only reason I even visit this store is for the gas and its convenience. Some of the items on the menu weren't available; specifically, the bread. Hello? Everybody doesn't eat cheese bread. The employees didn't even offer an apology to me or the other customers. It was basically, oh well, take it or leave it. A total disappointment ?. Training in customer service is highly recommended for this team. Fortunately, I wasn't a secret shopper.

Workers here are very rude. The little short guy pictured cursed me and threatened to fight me because he claimed he didn’t know how to issue a refund. I ordered online and my order was not prepared because they claimed a name wasn’t on the order. I had ordered the same way over 10 times at this location and never a problem. I filed a complaint online and never received a call back from the store and never received my refund.
