Always on point no matter which starbux we go to. Kudos
Coffee orders the first time we went were wrong, however, 2 weeks later they were right. Low score is for the low customer service. Staff seemed bothered both times we went to take our orders and there were no smiles or greetings despite no other customers inside and 3+ employees just standing behind the counter.

Not enough staff. Nobody acts like they want to be there. They are nice to me, but not to others. Please, MGMT, schedule more people in the morning. There was a line out the door because one of the two is so slow.

I ordered iced latte with additional espresso but they gave me hot one. So I asked for iced one and what they gave me was just latte with ice added in the wrong latte. It doesnt taste like coffee. It is pretty similar to water which has coffee flavor
