I always have the Best experience at this Starbucks! Literally my favorite one to go to in Montgomery.. they always have the best smiles and personality’s! Everyone I come in contact is always so eager to help and super friendly! You can tell they enjoy their jobs. Thank you, Starbucks Chantilly for always providing excellent Customer service!

The staff was kind enough. The dining area is closed. Really what is the point of even mobile ordering if I still have to go through the drive-thru to pick it up. Also I'm not sure when Starbucks has made it impossible to get a dark roast anymore but it's a game of roulette. Go to Dunkin' donuts their coffee is worse but you can sit inside and it won't look like a storage room.

UPDATE: All you jokers complaining about wait times need to learn how to use the mobile app to order ahead. It's a very busy store and they still get my order done by the time I arrive.=========================================================Always friendly and fast. This location is always busy. My drinks are hot and taste great. I love this new location.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We payed for our drinks, and one was wrong, but when we were waiting for the correct one they refused to give it to us saying we didn’t pay yet. We showed them our credit card app with the proof of payment and he said “I’ll just have to tell you to have a nice day.” The woman who took our payment denied it and forced us to pay again for the entire order to get the one final drink.

Rude for the holiday. Insisted the inside was closed when it was open and talked down to me when they could have put drive thru only as a sign for the window. Devin is going extremely rude. I believe that was Fake name but I work for this company in GA and is poorly represented.

I love this Starbucks! The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. It’s really spacious but has a comfortable feel to it and there are always cute signs with uplifting sayings on them.

This drive through takes a ridiculously long time to get a coffee. I was #5 in line when I got here and I’m still in line 30 minutes later. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Why is it that this location don't have all the needed materials to make the drink you want or a better question the proper customer service representative to inform you when they don't have certain items available instead of waiting until you ask why your item you purchased doesn't look like the one you ordered. Please do better.

Was not greeted when walked in and then they acted like they didn’t want to take my order. When someone finally took my order I had to stand there ten minutes and wait on them to make my drink. Other people came in behind me and got their order taken and drinks made before me. When the girl finally decided to make my drink she just handed it to me and walked off. This was a bad experience and I will not come back to this location. Customer service is not good at all.

I've come here a couple of times and they've never gotten my order correct (and I order just a vanilla latte), and the last time I went they didn't even make it. Had to stand there waiting until someone asked what I was waiting for. There's no sense of urgency to get orders out quickly. Also a barista was behind the bar FaceTiming on their phone and dancing???
