Best cappuccino around, but the drive thru can be a bit long
So the problem is the drive thru is always extremely busy, no matter what time of day.Also there’s a really nice star bucks in target.. so there isn’t much of a reason to go to this one.. but if you do go to this location.. just go inside it’s faster. Also they are randomly closed when they say their open online because the employees are short staff it seems like at times.
Nice location. The staff was totally amazing g and spike to me about where I was from. The barista offer to take my food to my table because I had my hands full which I appreciate!
So food and drinks were okay but they would not give me a receipt even though I paid with my work card and have to have one... now I'm going to have to fill out paper work because of a missing receipt. They didn't tell me before I paid that they were out of receipt paper which is extremely frustrating. I would have just paid for it with cash if I'd known.
We had a very bad experience passing through this location. My husband did not get any cream and sugar for his coffee after specifically asking for it.
I don't get how this is a business. Everything they sell is available much cheaper elsewhere. Making a profit off of caffeine addicts with poor spending habits.
Online it says it's open until 8pm but just drove to it and it's only open from 6am to 2pm. Please update this. For everyone else, there is a Starbucks in Target
Inhumane… Sign on the locked door (employees inside purposefully ignoring customers) says OUR DRIVE THRU IS OPEN. We sat in the drive through 10 minutes in front of speaker (w/others in line as well) waiting for service.NO correct sign or communication for hours of operation. In fact, the posted sign stated the store was OPEN!! We sat at the pay window as one employee after another walked back and forth IGNORING us!!!!! All you need do is post correctly or tell a customer when you will be open. Were I the owner of this franchise and learned employees were treating customers with this much intense disdain, the store would close until a respectful staff could be hired.
This Starbucks has no respect for customers, I ordered a refresher with light ice and they still made it with more ice so I asked them to remake it. The girl at the drive thru had an attitude I tried to return the original and she told me no we can’t take it back. So I was like ok. Then she comes back with the remake and say oh I found out that we can take it back and the remake was horrible. The first drink taste better it just had way to much ice than I asked for. My drink order: mango dragonfruit, 5scoops of dragonfruit, 3scoops of kiwi inclusion, half water and half lemonade light ice. The second drink had hardly any dragonfruit mostly kiwi which was so horrible. Starbucks need to correct there workers with better customer service skills.
If I could I would leave no stars! This place is a joke! I have never seen a Starbucks like this. They open when they want to. I pulled up and sign on drive thru said they opened at 6 but waited amd nobody at drive thru, then when u drive around there was another sign on the drive thru window that said 630. I wait til 630 and they still didn't open. I know it's hard to find help these days, but at least open when u say you're going to. Every time I have been here it's this same way. I won't be back now that I have found another Starbucks 5 min down the road on Vaughn road. Waited 5 min and had my coffee and it was great! Do not waste your time here!!
