This place had 12 workers...perhaps training, but I waited over 3 min to be recognized and over 5 min to put in order. Then waited 12 minutes for order and then there were people asking for napkins...including myself. Too much drama!!!
We got cake pops, pumpkin loaf, and the new key lime coconut bar! All were excellent, but the key lime coconut bar was SOOOO freaking good , I wish I had gotten more than one. We also got 3 mocha cookie crumble frappuccinos they were mind blowing delish!! ????
The woman these messed up drink and forget to add the whip cream on the top. She also forgot to add my second cakepop I paid for to my bag. Her attitude was not the worst and she was overall jolly. Although she did not talk a lot or seem like she cared about her job. As a Starbucks enthusiast I can say that the overall customer service was not the best and there are many things she could improve on. Even though I gave the review a 2 stars I think that the experience wasn't that that bad.
Definitely the worst Starbucks I have ever been. Maybe it wS just bad timing for this particular store
Every time I attempt to go to this location because it is in the same parking lot as my office, they are out of cold brew. Literally the last 3 times I’ve tried to order a cold brew over the past 6 months they have been out. If it can’t be ordered any longer then please take it off of the menu as an option.
I'm literally sitting here in Starbucks waiting on a mobile order that I placed and I have noticed that the sense of urgency of this establishment is lacking at best. Everyone is walking around like they have all day to make orders for people who are even in the drive thru waiting. I usually don't have any issues over here, however this may very well be my last time coming here with the lack of professionalism here. It is disappointing seeing this first hand. Will anything be done about this, probably not. But I just wanted to raise awareness about this store and the current workers here. Very disappointed...
Very poor customer service. I went in to simply purchase a cup, no drink or special order, and I ignored for at least 10 minutes before the guy at the drive thru window finally decided to come over to help me. Then instead of placing my item in a bag, he asked if I wanted one, then placed it on the counter for me to bag my own item like I'm at Aldi's or something ?, smh....
I went to Starbucks to try a cold drink my daughter like. It had 4 shots of espresso. If you have heart problems not the drink for you. It was delicious, just not for me.
Usually customer service is great but they will get 2 stars off today because the cashier in the drive thru was hella rude!! No acknowledgement, no receipt. Nothing. I will change the rating once she straighten up.
I went through the driv thru to get pub cup for out family member emotional support dog Oscar. Great customer service displayed.
