Really friendly, helpful staff. Patient with my tween daughters order. I don't do Starbucks personally.
I do like this location for their friendly service and timely order completion. I mostly order via mobile. My only improvement desire is they become more consistent and accurate on splash and light splash of milk options. It's usually a very heavy splash and light splash.
Mix up with who was supposed to prepare my simple order. The manager mentioned it a couple of times to staff. BUT the manager was pleasant and we spoke while I waited. Drive thru was very busy.and so was pickup but dine in was not..Loved my snack and my hot coffee was fresh.
The people are sweet, but the place is loud (music and staff) -- so "grab and go" but not recommended for reading or studying.
Definitely enjoyed getting coffee. Was quickly greeted with a smile at the front door and helped with my order. The batista was friendly and recommended items for me since my favorite wasn't available.
My pink drink was on point. Customer service was great. Thanks to Gerald for bringing a smile to the customer's face for having a good sense of humor when the customer was having a bad day.
The chicken bacon sandwich is my new favorite but I will always love the banana nut loaf.
I had the worst experience at this location but it ended on a good note because of a wonderful employee. I went to order me a White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino with half Peppermint (like I usually do). Note the manager took my order and prepared my drink. From the get go the manger made me feel very intimidated. She wasn't a happy, friendly, respectful person; especially for being a manager. So I get my drink and it was awful so I went back in and this nice young lady approached me and immediately apologized and fixed the drink the correct way. Well than here comes the manager and she immediately was rude and told me I should have told her I wanted it a certain way and I said, I didn't want it a special way i just want it the way it is suppose to come and alerted her that I have never gotten one that tasted like that before. She immediately made me feel very uncomfortable and kept trying to make it out that it was my fault and was Making a big deal out of it when it wasn't a big deal. Either way I have never experienced this before until Today, March 3, 2022 around 530PM. After I told her it wasn't sweet tasting at all she still disregarded what I said and told the other nice lady to add more white chocolate when I didn't want that. But thankfully the lady just ignored her and continued to fix the issue. When I say that I have never felt so uncomfortable I mean it.. she needs to take some lessons on customer service (especially sense she's the manager) and she doesn't need to bring her bad attitude to work with her. This really needs to be addressed.
Horrible service and I didn't get the right order. I waited for 30 minutes for my venti iced coffee. I don't think the person at the register took my full order and I repeated my coffee order multiple times. Everyone else got what they ordered before me so I was fed up and left. I went there for coffee and I got nothing.
