Terrible service, asked the blonde cashier to use the points towards a coffee and she didn't do it. She then had an attitude when giving us the coffee, and stormed off while taking off her apron. The restrooms were disgusting........2 stars because the coffee was at least decent.
I only go to Starbucks because their nitro cold brew is so good. Every single time I go to this location they are out. I even tried calling ahead and was told that they had it only to get there and have them say that they don't have any. At almost any other location in Montgomery it's never a problem
Took FOREVER with 2 cars in front of me, my straw fell into my cup bc it was too short, staff wasn't friendly.
I would give 0 stars if I could. One of their employees with short blonde hair was eating in the drive thru and making a mess. It was disgusting and very unsanitary. This isn't the first problem i've had with this location, I will not be returning.
I love their coffees and the fact that you can make different customizations for each drink with different add ins.
This Starbucks drive through is always quick, has the best customer service, and consistency with the drinks. Quality drinks are hard to come by consistently! Best Starbucks in Montgomery
The service was ok but the frappe was not good ... I ordered a tall mocha frappe and it was not sweet at all, ended up throwing it away.
Pretty fast service we go once a week and the line goes down fast, employees are always polite.
I ordered a shaken espresso with white mocha and sweet cream cold foam shaken into the espresso. The forgot the white mocha and then preceded to hand me a cup of white mocha syrup and said I could add it in… are you kidding !? Let me just shake the espresso in my car, no problem. Terrible customer service.
Can not count the times that I've been at the drive thru in the early am just to be told that they weren't open yet when times are CLEARLY stated. Seems they open only when staff decides to show up for work - no matter the time.I work overnight ER shift and a 5:30am quad shot WAS all I had to look forward to. Not any more. I've made my last trip to Starbucks!
