We ordered and sat there for 40 minutes. I pushed the red button to ask if the had the order n they sad it would be out shortly. This was at having been there 40 minutes so they erased the order from the monitor and for to deliver because after pushing the button the came out within five minutes with cold food and watered down drinks
I will not be returning to Sonic. The food is absolutely awful, even the drinks were bad. I ordered a slushy that takes like nothing but artificial syrup. My popcorn chicken was so dried out i couldn't eat it. I understand it's fast food but it had zero quality.
This sonic sucks should be closed down tbh. Drive thru lady had an attitude with us because Her system was down. if you can't handle the things that come with working in fast food you shouldn't work in a fast food restaurant I would give negative zero stars if that was possible
Terrible experience at sonic. I waited for half an hour in the car stall before a worker informed me that they will only be taking orders from the drive through. Ok, sure no big deal. I attempt to pull into the drive through where I waited another half hour for my turn to place my order. I asked for the chocolate sonic blast made with Oreo and was told that they didn’t make chocolate blasts. I was very confused by this because I was reading exactly what showed on the menu. I repeated myself slowly and clearly reading the menu word for word, only be told again they don’t make chocolate blasts. I let them know that the item I wanted is on the menu. The attitude and response I got back from the worker was appalling. How is it you can make chocolate shakes and master shakes but not a chocolate blast that’s literally on the menu? I will never return to Sonic and I will never recommend sonic to anyone. I’ve attached an image of the item I wanted with this post.
Waited at pickup for 30 minutes just for them to tell me I have to pick up through the drive through. None of the drive in stations are working takes forever to get food awful service
Takes entirely too long to get an order. This place has always been incredibly slow. Right now there's only a line cook and drive thru cashier, however it's no slower now than it was when they had 5 or 6 ppl working a shift.
Went to Sonic on our way to the airport. On my second bite I looked and saw that the chicken was raw! We wait in the long drive thru line again because that's all that was opened. The lady told us it just needed to be cooked longer. We declined that offer, she said she would make more and we said no we want our money back. She asked for the receipt that she did NOT give us, we said we didn't have it. She says she can't "look it up" unless she had the receipt. My daughter told her the price EXACTLY and she said she still needed the receipt. It's crazy that I had to pay for uncooked food and was NOT given my money back!!!!
This location is horrible! My son placed a mobile order and arrived at 9:50pm. The screen told him his order was being prepared. He was ignored afterwards and then told they were closed at 10:30pm when they were supposed to be open until 11:00pm. They told him to call a number for a refund. He said one employee was outside talking on cell phone and he was still ignored. I spoke to someone in customer service but it will take 7-10 days to get refund and that is unacceptable. I will not be visiting again and after the other reviews I have read I never should have visited in the first place.
The service team showed why customers can be rude. After our meal was brought out I asked for some mustard. 10 minutes later I got out of my car and went inside the kitchen to find the employees were laughing and having a "good" time. Seemed to me they didn't care. We were the only customers there..in the parking area. I will not be back to this location....period.
This is only for the location at EastChase Parkway. Absolutely the worst customer experiences possible for so many reasons. Yes, I have given them multiple times (4) since last year hoping it's just all the things going on in this world that are handicapping them. Last night will be the last time I ever go to this location. Sadly more and more franchise owners just don't care and obviously don't ever spend time at their business for things like this to be allowed and happen.
