Food wasn’t bad & they’re slow as always. I’m giving it a two star because I asked for a banana chocolate milkshake and you couldn’t even taste either. Tried calling them a couple of times to see if I could come back and get a new one, no one answered. I would’ve stayed and got a new one, but I had to be back at work soon. I stirred my milkshake a couple of times and you could still see vanilla popping out in most of the shake. ??♀️
I ordered through the sonic app which I actually like? when I got there I checked in through the sonic app ... Service was fast food was hot and fresh. And the parking lot was clean?? it I ordered the double cheeseburger on the toast bread yummy ? and I also tried the Shark Slushy it is delicious you got to try it!!!
Stopped their for their great milkshakes. For the first time, it came without the usual whipped cream and cherry. When asked we were told we had to request it now. That makes no sense or we should be told that when ordering. The server was very nice and went back to add it for us.

I hardly ever eat at Sonic, and this Atlanta Highway location reminded me why!! I placed an order after I was greeted over the loud speaker, but my order was never acknowledged so I wasn’t 100% it had been taken. I sat about 30 minutes before I waved down a server to see if she would check on it, waited another 15-20 minutes before someone FINALLY came back on the loudspeaker and asked for my order AGAIN…. Brother went back today and said everyone must be on their break at the same time because they were all just standing around. Location should just shut down if you’re just going to waste peoples time in a FAST food restaurant!
If I could give zero stars I would I waited over 20 minutes for an ice cream. When it came out it was melted and looked like frothy whipped cream absolutely horrible. Ended up just getting a refund because what I was given certainly was not no ice cream
It says it's open until 00:00, but it seems they close at 1100. They tried to be slick and turn off the lights the moment I pulled up at drive thru at 2250.
We ordered our order at 8:51 on the mobile order app. We sat there for over an hour just for a lady to come out and tell us that they couldn’t prepare our order because they they closed at 10 when we had been sitting there for over an hour. Then a guy starting screaming saying that we aren’t getting our money back. Then as we go to leave we see them serving other cars food.
So tonight I went to Sonic drive through to get some shakes and was told that they were not allowed to sale or make any shakes or slushes at this time. Help me to understand how it is they are not allowed to sale certain items, but they are still listed on the menu. if you are not allowed to sale certain items on your menu, you should at least tell your employees to place a sign on the menu, so that your customers can know this before trying to order. And at least give the customers a good explanation on why you can not sell something. This happens every time I go to this Sonic, its either the machine broken or this time they can not sell it.
You are so right sonics. I should end this relationship. Theirs enough disappointment in life. And I don't need ice cream to break my heart too.
