We waited 40 min for them to take our order had to wait only thing open in that area. Finally they asked us to come threw the drive thru after we watched many cars leave.. we got food Finally.. babies were to sleepy to eat and much of our order was missing . They was out of many things we tried to order. I love sonic . But this is the worst sonic I have ever been to. My daughter that lives around the corner. Said the service nis always like this. And they get rude. . Lucky for the young lady she wasn't rude to me that night. They need to be evaluated and new employees hired..
Horrible. I pulled in and there were only 2 cars there. One employee was outside chatting with someone at their car ( the entire time I was there). Two other employees were outside sitting at tables smoking etc. ( again the whole time I was there) I pressed the button, and waited....20 min later and no response I left. This has happened on multiple occasions. Will not be back.
Whats the purpose of ordering/paying ahead on the app if i still gotta wait 30 minutes to get my food ? ??♂️ might as well go to a restaurant and sit down. Whomever managing this store needs to do better if this wasnt the only 1 close 2 my job i would never come again
Placed my order online, checked in and put in my stall number, and still had to wait more than 30 minutes as I watched people who pulled in after me get there 50 plus dollar order and leave. What's the point of online ordering if it means I have to wait even longer than I would have had I just pulled up and ordered. Never again.
Day 2 I have waited over 30 minutes for my food. Orders was correct and food good. The waiting to place order at drive thru is horrible ! Y’all need some help over at the sonic off Coliseum Blvd.
If waiting 45 minutes is your thing, you'll do fine here. Never again for me. Currently sitting in the drive through, about to have to head back to the office hungry and try to call and get a refund. At this point just close the store until there's enough staff.Edit: took 58 minutes to get my food. The lady that finally helped me was nice but the order was incorrect and scarfing it down in less than 5 minutes was far less than desirable.
Been 3 times. Takes 20 minutes for a large drink. Last time was time was the last straw. Sat for 30 minutes with no one in line but me and 1 car in front. Only had a drink and a small cheese stick. Just got out of line and left. The sonics in Montgomery are just god awful
Their milkshakes are so very good and it is so convenient being able to order on the mobile app and then driving to pick it up. Everything comes out so very quickly and the employees are always so friendly and cheerful. The food also always comes out with such consistency.
Terrible. Wait 15 mins just for the button to be answered and another 30 or more for the food. If you order on doordash expect to wait 3 or more hours. Employees always outside smoking and fighting in front of the customers.
It was horrible I arrived at 315 , say there for 300 mins and finally I flagged one of the car hops down and asked her if someone would get my order at least. I told her I had been there 30 mins already. She told me to hold on then when back in 15 more m minutes went by and still nothing. The red light had blinked till it just stayed red then it went off all together. I drove around to the drive thru and sat there for 6 mins before anyone even said anything then another 15 for my food. I finally get my food and it's wrong.I was livid. Horrible experience
