Great food service and atmosphere
Fool us once, shame on you, fool us twice....don't worry about it Sinclair's...we won't be back. Twice!! Really! We have placed two to-go orders over the last two months (one tonight) and it is the same story - when you get there they say " we never entered your order, but what would you like?" Easy question to answer - nothing from Sinclairs! Wow! Avoid this place at all costs.
Even though the place was busy we were seated as soon as possible. The food was awesome!
Went out for our anniversary, we sure enjoyed the steak's, and everything was great ??
My wife and I were looking for a new place to eat when we were in town for a night. This place was great. We had a great server. The food was extremely good. Plus the band started playing just before we left and it was our kind of music. We will be back there for sure next time we are in town
Ordered Chicken Piccata and this is what I received. A hunk of fried chicken that was so salty it was inedible! The sauce (if you can call it that) was horrible and salty and had no taste (even the capers had no taste). Obviously not cooked fresh and had been frozen. I would expect this from a fast food restaurant - not Sinclair's.

The sauce (if you can call it that) was horrible, thick, salty and had no taste (even the capers had no taste). This sauce was not made from scratch. I would expect this from a fast food restaurant - not Sinclair's. Shame on the Cook!!
Waitress clearly did not have customer experience in mind. Took 10 minutes to get our drinks while she was helping out other people who were completely done with their meals sitting there taking to each other while it was like we didn’t exist as we waited 10 minutes for two drinks. After being in the service industry for 8 years, that is completely unacceptable service. Avoid going here during lunch.
My cousin and I had lunch here a few weeks ago. It was not up to the standards we are use to. The food was warm not hot and the server exhibited poor service. She even told my cousin he couldn't change his mind unless he was going to pay for both meals. The manager should have done more to correct the issue but just offered to have something else prepared for my cousin. Not much of an apology was offered. Needless to say, we hadn't returned.
