if i could give 10 stars i would!! i came in about a week ago but i forgot to give a review. the cashier who took my order i forgot her name she had glasses, braces, and these long locs!! the manager needs to give that girl a raise. She had amazing customer service and the most beautiful dimples??and i just loved her attitude, my personal favorite there is the smoked wings!! and the banana pudding i’m so glad they got it back.
I stopped by to pick up an order for a gentleman who is currently unable to drive. After taking the other and scanning my card, I was informed that the system was down and was asked if I mind waiting for 10mins for them to restart the system? I explained that I didn't mind waiting, but after 15mins, I inquired about the status of the system. The girl stated that she didn't know what to do..smh The manager asked me if there was a problem and I explained the issue to him. When I tell you that he was the most disrespectful, childish, dumbest person that I have ever encountered as a manager. He made all types of weird and inappropriate facial expressions as if he had issues beyond what medication could treat. I asked him to void the order and to be sure not to charge my card, & he began to roll his eyes repeatedly, in addition to bucking them. It's sad when an establishment promotes someone who is disrespectful, childish and enept for that position. I don't eat the food because it's always overcooked and tastes like slop.NEVER, will I allow anyone to bring this junk to my office again nor will I go there. If this is the best person to represent the them, then, I feel sorry for the service industry.
I ordered the smoked wings. VERY dry, overcooked and the smallest wings I ever saw. The flavor was good but was very disappointed overall. One of the flats was smaller then my pinky finger...Seems like they would have compensated some of the smaller pieces with an extra wing. I will never order wings from them again.
Our first time eating here. This place changed our whole perspective on restaurants in Montgomery. Bad experiences until trying this place. Great friendly southern service and the food is delicious!!! We’ll be regulars for sure here! Thanks for giving us hope that nice customer care and good food is out here!
For a chain bbq restaurant Shane's Rib Shack is great! I can rarely choose what I want so my go to is the sampler plate. (Pulled pork or chicken, ribs, grilled or fried tenders, toast and two sides). I love all of the protein options. The Mac and cheese is great. Also don't miss the peach cobbler If you have room. Pair all of that with friendly service and it's a win. My fav bbq spot in town.
I’ve gone there before and enjoyed the food. However, I went yesterday for carry out and the ribs and chicken wings were both very dry. It’s as if they were overcooked, sat for a while and then reheated. Very disappointed. Didn’t know until I got home otherwise I would have taken it back.
Love this place! The pull pork sandwiches is my go to, alone with bq beans, coleslaw and Mac cheese. Also rack of ribs and Peach cobbler is Good! Other relatives enjoy Shane's as well! Haven't sat in since covid.

I tired to call the restaurant but wasn’t able to get no one on the phone. I had two dinner that total almost $36.00. Wasted money because my entire two meals went in the trash.
That shaniac burger??? ?when the pork and slaw are fresh it's chef's kiss. I've had a few later in the day that were not as good because the pork and slaw were not fresh so be mindful of the time of day you order it.
