This is such a great restaurant, but terrible employees and owners.Drive thru needs to be trained on how to use the head set.They kept asking for my order, but I guess was talking to people inside the store. With the head set on. And kept telling me they weren't talking to me. How would I know?Booooooo! Save your self the head ache and just go to another deli instead.
Schlotzsky's definitely isn't what it used to be. I haven't eaten there in a long time and was excited to be getting a sandwich. That excitement quickly disappeared when I saw how little meat there was. This is not the Schlotzsky's I remember. I won't be back.
Ordered turkey bacon club. Sandwich was out quick and warm. Sat in and ate at lunch time. Not crowded.
Best pizza &sandwiches I've ever had.Very neat and friendly atmosphere.
Order a pastrami on rye. I got home and opened the sandwich and all I had on was the Mayo and bread. Really?!! So we called up there and they said that’s how we ordered it…I mean who would pay 7.99 for bread and Mayo. They finally said we will make you a new one but come now. We live 45 mins away. Ugh!! But we did go back and get it. We’re done with this place. Too many problems.
The original is the best sandwich out of all casual/fast food dining. The service here is amazing, too.
Our sandwiches were so delicious. I wish we had one closer to home.
