Stopped for lunch on a Saturday. It was moderately busy and the service was great. I wasn't that hungry so I had the simple grilled chicken salad and it was pretty good. One of the guys had the Mushroom burger afcs he said it was pretty good. They serve beer and cocktails too.
I'm really torn because prior to my last visit, I had experienced nothing but great service and food here. However, this past time, we were seated at a dirty, nasty table. When we asked if someone could clean it, the hostess took a dry napkin or rag and "cleaned" it (I guess according to her standards). No cleaning solution was used. So, we went to the bathroom, got some soap and water on towels and cleaned the table ourselves. Next, our server was friendly but hardly ever came to the table. The food was good, but when I asked for a to go box, I was given a dirty one. Obviously, I gave that one back and asked for a clean one and was told there were no more left. So, I guess I was initially given a dirty, used one and they weren't going to tell me that and hope I just didn't notice. So many red flags, with the first being the hostess not giving us a clean table or properly cleaning it, I really wish I would have just left in the beginning. I don't know if this was just a bad day for them or if it has gone downhill to this standard now.
Absolute WORST Red Robin experience I've ever had. Our waiter, let's say his name started with an R and ended in a B, was focused on everything EXCEPT what we had going on at our table. He would repeat our request only to forget it 5 seconds after he walked away from the table. He was more focused on his phone than our requests which were repeated several times before being fulfilled. You could tell the female manager was just overwhelmed with her staff that were more focused on hanging out and talking than waiting on customers. We saw a female walk with a tray, drop a paper "receipt?", act like she didn't drop anything and then walk right by the paper she dropped because she was too lazy to be bothered to pick it up. LITERALLY the most ghetto Red Robin I've ever been to in my life. I'd say more but why? We all know the things I'd like to say more of. It's Montgomery after all. I think we all know what the actual problem is. I won't be back needless to say. I'll wait until I'm in another city to visit a different Red Robin.
One of my favorite places to grab a burger and fries. My favorite is the garlic fries and peach lemonade. The fries are always fresh and hot. The gourmet burger I had on this visit was yummy. It was the Southern Charm burger with a whiskey barbecue sauce and it was delicious. I love the curbside service. You can't go wrong with Red Robin.
My wife and I were seated and were served beverages while two other tables near us were being seated. When the waiter returned to take orders, the other two tables had their orders taken first. We ordered the signature Red Robin cheeseburgers and salad. Our orders was delivered after the other two tables received their orders. The food was very good. The waiter passed by us once and asked if we needed anything as she kept walking. I only wish the device was of the same caliber as the excellent food.
Great service from the hostess and waitress. The food was average to below average. Ordered mozzarella sticks, no cheese inside, the waiter said it happens often. The burger came out cold, bland and incorrect but they brought a piece of cheese on a plate and packets of ketchup and mustard as it was forgotten (the waitress did specify on the ticket, not sure who QCd it before it left the kitchen). The chicken sandwich was great and Beer was very cold. If you want a burger, better options in east chase.
We were seated promptly. Our server was nice and came to take drink orders within first couple of minutes. He was attentive but not pushy. He got our orders right. Food was good and fresh. Only thing I will do differently next time is say more medium than medium rare because my burger was more rare than I like. Still it was very good. I highly recommend the Burnin' Love Burger!
First off our server was kind and attentive. But.. the kitchen staff needs to step up. Our burgers were not seasoned and bland. The fries were for lack of better words rubbery. And the appetizers were way disappointing. For example, the cheese sticks were just sticks... No cheese. Wasted $130.
I cater through an app similar to DoorDash called DeliverThat. The staff at RR has been more than helpful when I come to grab these large orders. Super friendly staff. The food is always hot and smells great!
We visited this location two days in a row, and both times did not follow high Red Robin standards. Forgotten items and long wait times plagued both visits. In addition, fried foods (sweet potato fries, onion rings) from yesterday's visit tasted as if they were cooked in old oil.Today's visit was worse. (My sister-in-law heard we went yesterday, and she wanted to visit today.) Our party today had 4 people. The restaurant had few people in, and it was well-staffed. However, our wait time for drink order, food order, and food delivery was exceedingly long. We noticed the other patrons near us were disgruntled, and one table left after waiting without getting their drink order taken after about 10 minutes. We noticed that our waitress was never the one to bring our items; the other servers delivered everything. We ordered two extra sauces and a refill for two of our bottomless fries, as well as a drink refill for my husband. All refills were forgotten for at least 10 minutes, and I eventually had to go to the kitchen pass to ask for our missing items. We have visited several Red Robin locations, and we have never had service as poor as this.
