This location only open on Thanksgiving and Christmas. That's apparently what a "Holiday Store" means. Visit them at 1575 Old Fort Rd East
Bad experience trying to get my husband’s Valentines gift here on the right day. They kept telling me the address was wrong at UPS and I have ordered from this place before with no problem and have lived at this address for 25 years!!!! Very bad experience and no help from their customer service!!!!!! ??
Everything about this place is wonderful, the only complaint is there’s too many things on the website that are always Out of Stock...would order more if things were available.....signed up for notifications when back in stock but have never gotten one...
We stopped on our way back home from vacation and had a great experience.
Easy to find and luckily easy to happen upon a parking space near the store! I fully expected to find the products to already be sold out but there were plenty of choices to choose from. Employees were very helpful, cheerful and smiled! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store but hurry they close just before Christmas! Too bad they couldn't open a satellite store in East Chase Mall.
Pathetic. Customer service is a joke. Ordered a Christmas gift 4 weeks before Christmas. Called 4 times to try to get a status. 15 minute busy signals. Finally spoke to a human the day my package was supposed to be delivered. Was promised it would ship the day it was supposed to arrive. UPS will deliver the gift 3-days AFTER Christmas. I’ve been buying from Priester’s and recommending them for years..NEVER AGAIN.
My Pecans were supposed to be in a Christmas tin, not a tiny box! It contained 2 tiny Pecans pies and 4 tiny snack bags that held about a half cup of flavored Pecans in each bag. Ordered 2 sets, coming to $66 and looked like maybe $10 Won't order again!!!
Once more my order was “lost” in their mailroom. Same thing happened last year!! No more!!!
Terrible customer service. I ordered Christmas gifts a month ahead. Called numerous times to try to get a status. Finally got through to a human being the day I asked for the gifts to be delivered. Not shipped yet. Just got a notice from UPS that Christmas gifts will be delivered on DECEMBER 28th! I’m beyond disappointed with Priester’s. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 30 years. NEVER AGAIN will I trust them. Not one more nickel from me.
