I think they pay super minmum wage. workers always miss foods. Those workers need to be kicked out but they cant fire because they are paying super minimum wage. low quality employees.
Worst experience ever in a fast-food chain. Drive through experience was horrible. Can’t even hear what the person is saying on the speaker and very unprofessional and unenthusiastic work attitude. Food I got was was slightly different from what I ordered.
Fresh out the grease...delicious...I was not disappointed with my order..I went to this location one night and they shut down early or just didn't want to work but this time redeemed that fail..My order was the $24 meal with chicken..two sides and biscuits..i added fries..everything was hot and it was enough for a family meal..left overs..ext..I couldn't wait till I got home to eat a piece lol..The employee who took the order was the best..patient and suggested the meal..I will recommend and return..The mac and cheese was okay..
If I could give them zero stars I would. They are not professional . Never have grub-hub orders or Waitr orders available. Why should we have to wait in line when we are delivering to people that is not right. Also why would the door be unlock and then when you come in they tell you only drive through only which doesn’t make any sense. The only time I have seen the people act nice in here is when the regional manager comes down that is when they want to act nice. They are always out of something or never putting the correct items in the bag. A beautiful location but terrible service don’t waste your time you will be extremely disappointed.
Absolutely love the fish sandwich in spicy. Only time to get them is right now for limited time . You won't be disappointed, I'm picky when it comes to fish, but this is a good one. Try one. The staff was friendly and polite.
I ordered online a big order and came to pick it up, and was told someone had already picked it up. I presented my receipt but the Manger that I spoke to didn't acknowledged. Customer service sucks! I was not offered a refund or for my order to be made again. Consistently bad experiences with this location, save your time and go somewhere else.
Nice chicken place, new and clean. Comfortable seating areas. Unique chicken art. Loads of chicken ready on the rack at 3:30. You get to choose which cut/piece you want in a 3 piece meal. Great value. Coke products to drink or tea . A frozen strawberry lemonade is a special offering currently.

LOVE POPEYES!!! HATE THIS LOCATION!!! I was very happy when they opened this restaurant on my way hon my way home. I love Popeye's and Like to grab a box on my way home. Very disappointing to get home 30 miles later, and realize that for the 4th straight time I had burnt chicken! Will not go back! I feel cheated!!!
