The chicken nuggets was so hard and crunchy you couldn't eat them. The one I tried to eat cut the in side of my mouth up. The biggest disappointment of the whole meal was the strawberry cheesecake pies. The pies are the reason we ate there and they were cold and hard
Manager or someone who's in charge to care enough to go back to this eve ING and check the cameras if there really was no chicken shortage but they didn't answer the intercom instantly we'd have to keep saying something and when we were told to pull forward we got told to go back around the drive thru to order which didn't make sense at the first window. Told no more chicken or fries. Also they recommended to go elsewhere for food. There was two females. What a shame.
The worst experience ever. Drive thru service was absolutely terrible. We ordered one spicy chicken sandwich and one classic chicken sandwich. Received our order rather quickly, however when we looked in the bag we had 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. Drove back thru and my fiancé kindly said, “We have a mess up on our order. One of these was supposed to be a regular chicken sandwich.” The very rude lady working shouted that over her shoulder and turned back to us, “She said one of them is regular.” My fiancé showed her that both sandwiches had orange sauce on them, meaning both were in fact spicy. She snatched one of the sandwiches and walked away, mumbling something under her breath. A few minutes later she brought us a new sandwich. It was ice cold. And it literally looked like they just dumped mayo on it. Safe to say I couldn’t finish it and we won’t ever be eating there again.
We waited 30m for 2 Chicken sandwiches. He said he was all alone inside. Not sure how that's possible but shame on u Popeyes ? if so. I did see a person in there w him but unsure of their capacity.at least 6 cars pulled thru behind us and left w their food. No clue how it took 30m for 2 chicken sandwiches but it did
Zero customer service skills. Didn’t even give a cursory, “you’re welcome,” when we thanked them. At least the chicken was good- but they gave us wrong sides.
Stop by this location on our way home. Fast Friendly Service. Food was amazing employees was working really hard. Asked the guy on the front counter was he the boss. He said yes he was. You can tell this young man had been in food service for a while. He was so nice and professional. He will do great this for this company. Can't wait to visit again.
The food was good but had a long car wait. Five cars in front of me but 25 minutes before I could order.
Out of town working. Love Popeyes. I know you can't get awesome everytime. Positive first. Black manager heavy set. Basically running the store with 4 other workers. Including a female manager. Whatever happened to name tags? 5 STars to the male manager. the female manager saw me at the counter with a tray of nothing but fries. I watched her dig in her eye rub her nose right next to the hand sink. Then turn and drop fries w\o washing hands made ?️ contact no response. Male manager comes out what he waiting on? He truly needs a better crew y'all send him some help plx
The food was great! We dined in and it was very dirty, the tables were filthy with food and not cleaned off. There wasn’t anyone there so the staff could have walked out and cleaned off the tables when they seen us walk in. Also someone threw up in the bathroom floor. Pretty disgusting to say the least and I’m not cappin bruh.
Stop by this location to grab a bite to eat before a big event this afternoon. Popcorn shrimp was hot and freshMac and Cheese was amazing. Staff was so nice and friendly.
