This use to be the best place to come and get food from but now terrible!! Customer service bad.!!They never give you what you order you order spicy chicken they give you Original and it don’t be fresh..! It don’t make since customers work hard for their money and people don’t respect the fact you are helping them by coming to there place of business for service. This not the first time this done happened at this Place. I must take my business somewhere else.
I asked which is fresh mild or spicy they said mild so I ordered a family meal. Needless to say it wasn't even warm an the young lady with the nasty attitude you need to work at a factory not customer service at alll!!!!!
It's an off and on thing to get chicken from either location. The hot thing for my wife is the frozen strawberry-lemonade. Their like Krispy creme though because some times the machine is working and some times not.
The drive through took over 20 minutes. We literally had to get out to get our food they took so long.
Had a craving for some spicy chicken tenders and was very pleased with the food. The service was prompt and my order was correct.
Drive thru.... No spoon, no fork, no napkins.....How do you think I'm going to eat my chicken breast with no fork. This place is horrible and I waited 15 minutes I the parking lot for my meal.i was on break from work and was planning on eating in my truck but of course I couldn't. Never visiting this place again. They need customer service training.
Literally sat in line for 30 mins got to the speaker I had to wait another 10 minutes to order once I got to the window the girl ask me what I ordered after I told her 3 times then I was told 2 of the things that I ordered they didn’t have and she also told me no one took my order after she was the one who took it please get the girl out the window she obviously is not educated enough to be in drive thru
Whenever I am craving fast, southern-style food, I always end up going here! Everything is always so delicious and I walk away happy and satisfied with my purchases. Everything always comes out quickly and cooked to perfection.
There’s no one but me in drive thru I wanted to add a small mashed potatoes and a cup of water She didn’t even let me finish talking No Add-ons at window. Then she thought I really was going to pay ? You lost my business by having small minded people running your business
Sad. Ordered & paid on line for drive thru pick up. Went thru to window only 2 B notified I had to COME in?? Did so. Had to WAIT for me order 2 B put together☹️,& found they No Longer offer "Cajun Rice"..one of the true CAJUN items that Popeyes is famous for. 14 people behind counter..Xtremly SLOW service.
