Visited on 6-23-2022 in Selma, Alabama and the restaurant opens at 10:00am. Tell me how do you open at 10 and don't have any chicken ready for your customers? I WAS STRAIGHT DISAPPOINTED IN THIS RESTAURANT!!??
First Time Visiting This Location In Alabama Great Customer Service Very Nice And Clean Very Hot ? Chicken Right Out Of The Grease Very Good And Spicy !
I actually did like the fact that the young lady packaging my order was considerate enough to ask if we did not mind waiting for fresh food. So, that made the whole experience better for me. Which is was not bad. Even respect the young lady who took and packaged my order simply because she was still at work with a cast on her arm. ???? Remember: This is just my experience.
Food was really good, service good, friendly, but restaurant was not the cleanest. Bathroom was gross, no soap, filthy sink. Makes you wonder how clean the kitchen is and if workers wash their hands.
Not sure why I keep trying to go here. There is always an issue. This one gave my order to the wrong customer after waiting, then were out of the sandwiches ordered. So got a refund and went to another down the road and No MILD chicken.
Just received delivery of our order to the hotel we are in nearby. Several missing items, plus no silverware. Guess we’re supposed to eat Mac & cheese with our fingers. Tried to call them, and they have their phone rolling to voicemail and nobody answers.
Always stop here on our way to the beach. The crew was phenomenal and made us some amazing blackened chicken for the road. The ladies there made this trip more than worth it. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!
Sat in drive thru 15 minutes just to wait 5 more minutes to pay… ONLY to drive off because they were playing instead of cashing me out!
The cashier was nice she even went and got me a cup holder even the lady cleaning the window hold the door open coming in and leaving out food was fresh & hot and fast?
Good food. Hot and tasty. Only negative was a long wait in drive through.
