The customer service was good and the food was hot and had a good taste.
Was looking forward to some good chicken, this location failed.The staff was polite but very unorganized.We ordered spicy chicken fingers and we recieved regular and they seemed to be on the verge of stale. Luke warm and chewy.The sandwich was dripping with mayonnaise, like the jar was spilled onto it........The other items were fair, mash and gravy, dirty rice. They were warm, not hot.Overall i would avoid this location if possible, not up to the standards set by other locations.
25 minutes waiting on 4 sandwiches and fries is WAY too long... Ya know? Fast-food??
23 minutes setting in drive through. Order was wrong when we finally got it. 17 more minutes to get the right order. So 40 minutes of an hour break I get was taken up by the losey staff. I guess I know now to just go to Chic filet when I want a chicken sandwich.
The worst experience every I was in the drive Thursday for 30 minutes nobody never took my order then drove around the lobby was full of management and employees sitting at the tables sent my sons in to place my order and got the chicken it was very old y'all need to do better poor customer service
I visit Popeyes ever so often for my wife. Lunch time mostly. Watching the fried food intake but it's good eating. The sides are nice also

I ordered the classic fish, and there was Cajun sauce all over the outer package. Then I looked at the fish, and it was burnt on the edges which I was trying to figure out how. I cut it in half to see if I could salvage it, but it was awful. I reached out for a refund because that was a waste of my money, and I still haven't heard back from the restaurant. And the fries were rubbery.
Staffs are nice. Handles the order well. Although after waiting over half an hour, my fish sandwich came out cold. first 2 bite was okay. then towards the middle of the sandwich, the fish was cold and had a bad fish smell. I didn't want to drive back so I just threw my sandwich away. I love popeyes chicken. I learned from spending $5 that i would never order fish sandwich from popeyes.
