Was told online the food would be ready 25-35 minutes from when I ordered. Got there in 30 minutes and waited an additional 30 minutes for the food. Several people waiting there with same scenario. Seemed like they may have been short- handed, which is fine, just give realistic wait times. If food is going to take an hour just let the customer know upfront.
Delivery of pizza was not timely, hot and fresh. Pizza was soggy, and lukewarm. Took 2 hours from online order submission. Took 25 minutes to receive pizza from time text was received that my pizza was out for delivery... pizza hut location is about 7 minutes from my location. Very inconsistent from order to order.
I haven't had pizza hut in years!!!! We had a pickup order and it was ready on time (20 min). The order was correct, and it was hot and delicious! I also had a question about my order and when I called I got a quick answer from a very polite gentleman that took time explaining. I'm very pleased with the experience and will be ordering again. ?
I received a confirmation email with a pickup time and while on my way to pick up my order I was called by the store to tell me that what I ordered was not available. It would have been helpful to know this information when ordering instead of wasting time waiting for food that I never got.
Never puts sauce on the pizza. Just bread and cheese ?? only place theres EVER any sauce is near the crust.. it's not even a specific location that doesn't add sauce papa johns been doing it too.. if they start doing that I'll start ordering from there again otherwise--->? - sauce =?
On my last order, there were several problems. First, the pickup time did not reflect when my order was actually ready. I waited an additional 30 minutes at the store. I was called after placing my order that the cinnabon rolls were not available and changed to cinnamon sticks (which was fine.) However, I particular enjoy and prefer Pizza Hut to any other chain for the pan crust. My order had one pan crust in particular (and paid an extra to receive) but when arriving to pickup my order, I overheard they were out of the pan crust an instead receive handtossed crust on my order. Also upon arriving to the store, I overheard that one customer in particular had waited over an hour for his wings. He was refunded but it made me believe that the staff was not organized, product was not stocked, and makes me hesitant to order from that location again.
Normally this location is perfect. However my stuff crust pizza was over cooked and cold when it arrived. It was not good. Not my typical experience from this location. Overall this is a great location. Maybe they were just having an off night.
I got a text at 6:45 my pizza was out for delivery. I called to check at 7:45. The pizza was delivered about 8:05 STONE COLD. I live less than a mile (.8 miles) will not order delivery again especially paying the delivery fee for cold pizza
the only problem i had was that when i went to pick up my order and they informed me they had run out of cheese. the poor employees there were very nice about it but unfortunately through no fault of their own had to stand there and deal with every customer that came in. for a pizza place to run out of something as simple as cheese in my opinion is unacceptable. as a customer service manager myself in my opinion this responsibility falls directly on the store manager. their primary job is to make sure that employees have all the tools needed in order to do their job to the best of their abilities.
Our estimated time for pizza delivery wasn't met. I called after the pizza and was informed they still had 6 orders ahead of us, but our pizza was supposed to be delivered 45 minutes ago. Therefore, I went in to pick up the pizza instead. The pizza was cold and I was informed they couldn't refund me my delivery tip, and supposedly I the deliver fee was refunded but no sure. I would not recommend ordering delivery only pick-up if you want hot food from here.
