Not really sure what I expected. I'm not a wine expert so I can't comment on that side of things. But you can get a higher grade steak at Sam's club or Costco.
Best steaks in Montgomery but high priced. Good wine selection and a nice selection of sides and casseroles.
Good variety of wines, found my favorite, luigi bosca, for a great price as well! I haven't tried the food but everything looks good

This shop is Awesome. Great food, wine selection, cuts of meat as well as meals to go and sorts of different treats to shop for. If they don't have a wine you want, chances are their amazing general manager Rod will get it for you. You can't go wrong here. We just recently moved here and this is our favorite store!
Last Friday my husband spent $33.95 a lb for something that was suppose to be filet mignon. It had gristle that you could barely cut through. The biggest disappointment after all these years. Won’t be back.

Everything we ever get from pepper tree is excellent quality. The staff does amazing things with their limited kitchen space. Everyone is always very professional and friendly. We are lucky to have pepper tree in our neighborhood.
Customer service was severely lacking. Streaks were a good cut.
Peppertree has the absolute best steaks in town. The twice baked potatoes are wonderful as well. I just finished a steak and literally wish I could clear room in my stomache to eat another one or three!
