Really love this place shaved ice is amazing!!! But I sat in the drive through waiting forever and called the phone multiple times they just let it ring . It says online they open at 10 but I’m still waiting and the curtain is closed . So I been sitting here forever.

The young lady in the drive thru got my order wrong twice and processed to say I’ll have to pay for different even though I was given what I didn’t ask for. When I said I wasn’t buying another she slammed the drive thru window in my face and forgot to give me my change of 5 dollars.
These are GOOD people! The kind of good people we need more of in this world! I’ve never been to Nancy’s Italian Ice as I live about 3 hours away but my husband mailed a package containing lots of personal information in order to obtain a security license for his job to a neighboring business. It was addressed wrong and went to Nancy’s. When Tim opened it and saw what it contained, he immediately contacted my husband to let him know what happened and that he would personally take it to the correct address! Thanks so much Tim! We will stop by when we are down that way next time!
